Weighted well material distribution systems and methods
Well material distribution methods may include gravity feeding bulk well materials including at least one well material component into a mixing vessel which may include a mixing vessel interior and at least one mixing device disposed in the mixing vessel interior; forming a well material mixture by mixing the bulk well materials including at least one well material component in the mixing vessel interior of the mixing vessel via operation of the at least one mixing device; distributing the well material mixture from the mixing vessel interior of the mixing vessel to at least one mud pit; and distributing a substantially homogenous well material mixture from the at least one mud pit to a hydrocarbon well.
Water Softener Brine Tank Salt Bag Splitter
The present invention is a water softener brine tank salt bag splitter with a support beam and integral blade positioned below the tank lid by looped vertical mounting brackets that secure over and around the upper edge of the tank sidewall to preserve the air seal between the tank sidewall and lid. The beam and bracket assembly has a fixed length that stiffens the lateral flexibility of the tank sidewall and forms a platform that supports the weight of a salt bag when pouring salt crystals into the tank. The brackets have an anti-rotation sleeve that prevents the blade from rotating relative to the tank walls when the bag drops down onto the blade. The device is formed by two identical plastic beam and blade half portions that join together in linearly locked engagement, and two identical plastic brackets that lockingly secure to the beam ends to set its fixed length.
System and method for adjusting the opening of containers to avoid damage to contents
First scanned images of the first container are received from a scanning device that show the contents of the interior of the first container before the first container is cut and opened. Second scanned images that are of the contents of the first container after the first container is cut and opened are also received. The images are analyzed and, based upon the analysis, selective modifications to the operating parameters of the container opening machine are determined and made.
Plastic Bag Separator
A plastic bag separator is a plastic bag separation device having a rubberized nub at a first end and a key chain ring aperture at a second end. The rubberized end may be utilized to push open and separate the edges of a plastic bag. The separator may have at least one logo which provides the ancillary benefit of being a gripping edge.
Apparatus, system and method for opening and unpacking
An apparatus for opening a packaging in which a transport tub for objects is packaged, the packaging having a packaging portion which extends in an extent direction away from the transport tub, the apparatus having a cutting-open device for cutting open the packaging in order to generate an opening in the packaging, the cutting-open device being designed to cut off a first part of the packaging portion in order to generate the opening in the packaging, and having an inflating device for inflating the packaging through the opening generated in the packaging. The apparatus furthermore relates to a system for opening a packaging, and to a method.
STERILIZING DEVICE AND METHOD FOR STERILIZING AN OUTER FACE OF A RECEPTACLE
The present invention relates to a sterilizing device (10) and to a method for sterilizing an outer face of a receptacle (22).
Water softener brine tank salt bag splitter
The present invention is a water softener brine tank salt bag splitter with a blade and telescoping mounting rod positioned below the tank lid to accommodate a variety of tank sizes and stiffen the lateral flexibility of the tank sidewall. Looped vertical mounting brackets secure over and around the upper edge of the tank sidewall to preserve the seal between the tank sidewall and lid. The mounting rod and brackets form a platform to support the weight of a salt bag when pouring salt pellets into the tank. The configuration of the brackets and the weight of the bag locks the bracket in place to prevent the blade from rotating when the bag drops down onto the blade. The device includes a rod assembly with an adjustable length, a cutting blade attached to a surface of the rod assembly, and brackets connectable to first and second ends of the rod assembly.
Food package
A package for products comprises: at least two flexible adjoined layers configured to provide a cavity extending therebetween for containing a product. The at least two flexible adjoined layers are moveable between: a first closed configuration in which the flexible adjoined layers are sealed around the entire periphery thereof to isolate the cavity from an external environment; and a second open configuration in which the flexible adjoined layers extend in a substantially cone shaped configuration, and in which the base of the substantially cone shaped configuration provides an opening extending into the cavity.
Method and apparatus for unpacking semiconductor wafer container
An automated method of unpacking a container containing semiconductor wafers from a sealed bag is provided. The method includes inflating the bag with a gas using an automated gas dispenser. After inflating the bag, the bag is cut using an automated cutting device to expose the container, and the cut bag is removed from around the container.
EXTRACTOR OF MATERIAL STORED IN SILO BAGS THAT ROLLS UP USED PLASTIC AND EJECTS THE RESULTANT BALES
An improved silo bag extractor that can collect grain or other flowable materials contained therein. As the extractor empties the silo bag's contents into an accompanying grain cart, it simultaneously performs differentiated cuts on the bag, effectively dividing it in two bands of plastic that are directed to the left and right sides of the machine, where they wind tightly around roll-up assemblies equipped with consumable rigid plastic cores. On terminating grain extraction, the used plastic sheet takes the form of two very dense bales that can each weigh 100 kilos or more depending on the original size of the bag. These bales are then released from the machine automatically, proffering several advantages: not having to manually collect large swaths of plastic, not having to rewind the plastic on a second contraption and accomplishing lesser compaction in the process, easier storing and handling, and lower transportation costs to recycling centers.
