Box assembling and packing system and controller for said system
This box assembling and packing system is provided: a first jig which is fixed at a predetermined position and against which a side part of a body of a packing box is thrust; a second jig which is fixed at a predetermined position and against which a flap part and a tuck part of the packing box are thrust; and a robot having two articulated arms. A first articulated arm of the two articulated arms holds and moves the packing box in a flatly collapsed form by a packing box holding mechanism, folds and raises the body of the flatly collapsed packing box into a rectangular tubular shape in cooperation with the first jig, and maintains the folded and raised body of the packing box in the rectangular tubular shape by a packing box rectangular tubular shape maintaining mechanism. The second articulated arm moves a folding member into contact with the flap part and the tuck part of the packing box being held by the packing box holding mechanism of the first articulated arm, forms each of a bottom and a lid of the packing box in cooperation with the second jig, and moves an object-to-be-packed being grasped by an object-to-be-packed grasping mechanism and inserts it into the body from an end portion at a timing between forming the bottom and forming the lid.
FAST CHANGEOVER CARTONER
A cartoner includes an entrance section, a loading section, an exit section, a transport system and a controller. The entrance section is configured for picking carton blanks from a magazine and folding a first side of the carton. The loading section is configured for loading a product into the first-side-folded carton. The exit section is configured for closing the loaded carton. The transport system is configured for transporting the first-side-folded carton from the entrance section to the loading section and the loaded carton from the loading section to the exit section. The controller is arranged for controlling an operation following each carton through the cartoner. The controller is further arranged for adapting, for each carton, a distance between two consecutive carriers of the transport system in dependence to a size of the first-side-folded carton and driving the two consecutive carriers maintaining the distance.
TONGUE FOLDING ASSEMBLY, BOX SEALING DEVICE, PACKING MACHINE AND COMPUTER READABLE MEDIUM
The application provides a tongue folding assembly, a box sealing device, a packaging machine and a computer-readable medium for bending a main cover of a packaging box to form a insertion tongue, including a first base plate with a first inclined surface, a second base plate capable of bending the main cover to a first preset position in the direction of the first inclined surface, and a pressing piece capable of pressing the main cover onto the first inclined surface. When the folding tongue assembly is used to bend the insertion tongue, the bending degree of the insertion tongue can be controlled, and the bending degree can be adjusted.

A CLOSING STATION FOR CLOSING A CARDBOARD BOX FORMED ABOUT AN ARTICLE AND A MACHINE FOR PACKING AN ARTICLE INTERNALLY OF A CARDBOARD BOX OBTAINED FROM A CARDBOARD BLANK
A conveyor receives a cardboard box formed about an article, with a first lateral flank uncovered. An inlet receives the cardboard box with the first lateral closing wall coplanar with a base wall, a second lateral closing box wall folded to cover a second lateral article flank, a third lateral closing box wall folded to cover a third lateral article flank, a fourth lateral closing box wall folded to cover a fourth lateral article flank, and an upper closing box wall folded to cover an upper article face. An arrest stops the box, a first folding component rotates and folds the first lateral closing box wall to cover the first lateral article flank, and second folding component rotates a closing tab (AC), hinged to the upper closing wall to fold and bring a closing tab against the first lateral closing wall for closing the cardboard box.
