Assortment of pallet modules, and pallet assembly built of the same
An assortment of pallet modules configured to allow formation of a nested pallet assembly of at least two pallet modules, which nested pallet assembly is configured to act as a self-supporting platform allowing the handling and transportation of goods, each pallet module including a main structural body exhibiting a generally quadrilateral peripheral border with first to fourth lateral sides extending between upper and lower sides of the main structural body, a mating system provided on the first to fourth lateral sides and configured to allow nesting of the pallet module within a corresponding part of the mating system of another pallet module of the assortment, a securing system configured to allow the pallet module to be secured to or released from another pallet module of the assortment, and a foot structure disposed on the lower side of the main structural body.
KEG PALLET
A pallet includes a deck having center portion and two outer portions spaced outward on either side of the center portion. A plurality of keg supports extend from each outer portion to the center portion. Each keg support has a concave upper surface. A large opening is defined between each adjacent pair of keg supports. Outer middle recesses are formed on each outer portion adjacent each large opening. Center middle recesses are formed on the center portion adjacent each large opening. A plurality of column portions protrude from the deck. The pallet accommodates both straight kegs and belly kegs at the same height. The pallet may be formed in two identical halves.
Stackable quarter-size plastic platform and associated methods
A platform includes a top deck with spaced apart platform support leg openings extending therethrough, and platform support legs extending from a lower surface of the top deck and aligned with the platform support leg openings. Each platform support leg includes an upper portion and a lower portion, with the upper portion having an opening extending therethrough and aligned with a respective one of the platform support leg openings in the top deck. The lower portion includes a shelf that separates the opening in the upper portion from the lower portion. The shelf provides support to a bottom surface of a platform support leg from an identical platform when stacked thereon. A pair of extensions extend outwards from a bottom surface of the lower portion, with the opening in the upper portion providing clearance for the pair of extensions on the platform support leg of the identical platform when stacked thereon.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR THE TRANSPORT AND HOLDING OF BUILDING MATERIALS
The present disclosure is directed to the transport of one or more loads of items including building materials and/or other items to one or more target surfaces including one or more elevated surfaces. The present disclosure is also directed to the holding of one or more loads of items including building materials and/or other items during transport to one or more target surfaces including one or more elevated surfaces. The present disclosure is also directed to the holding of one or more loads of items including building materials and/or other items on one or more target surfaces including one or more elevated surfaces.
TRANSPORT UNIT FOR COILS, AND ARRANGEMENT COMPRISING THE TRANSPORT UNITS
The disclosure relates to a transportation unit for transporting a plurality of coils. This transportation unit provides an easy transportation and an easy to handle system wherein the respective load of coils which can be shipped can be increased. The transportation unit comprises a palette, and a plurality of bags stacked in layers on the palette, wherein each of the bags contains a plurality of coils arranged in a first layer such that centers of the coils in the first layer are arranged parallel with respect to each other such that an axial direction of the center of each coil in the first layer is approximately perpendicular to an extension direction of the palette. Further the disclosure relates to an assembly comprising a plurality of transport units.
Packaging for clock hands
Packaging (1) for clock hands (2) with a pipe (4) and a body (5), including a pallet (10) for receiving, holding, storing and carrying hands (2) having the same height, including bores (11) for receiving the pipes (4) according to a constant pitch, adjacent to recesses (12) for housing the hand bodies (5) resting on an upper surface (13), each pallet (10) including a position index device (20), and a spacer (15) for cooperating such that it bears against a lower surface (14) of another pallet (10) and extending, from the upper surface (13), over a height which exceeds that of the hand bodies (5), each pallet (10) having a transverse bearing surface (130) for receiving the bearing surfaces (3) of the hands (2), and, parallel thereto, oblong pieces (131), the width whereof is adapted for the insertion of robotic grippers or tweezers for loading/unloading hands.
Pallet assembly
A pallet having: a pallet body having a first side and an opposing second side; at least one formed portion located on the first side of the pallet body and shaped to receive a rigid elongate first item thereon, the formed portion oriented substantially along a lengthwise axis of the pallet body. When the elongate first item is substantially retained on the formed portion of the pallet body such that when the elongate first item is secured thereon, a lengthwise rigidity of the pallet body is enhanced by the rigid elongate first item.
Transport Pallet
Transport pallet consisting of a first and second opposite short side and a first and second opposite long side. The bearing surface is constituted by a framework consisting of a number of mutually parallel extending elongate ribs and a number of mutually parallel extending transversal ribs extending perpendicularly to the elongate ribs. A number of legs are formed as an extension of the ribs and extend downward from the bearing surface and mutually distributed below the same. The short sides are similarly formed with fork lift pockets. The rib extension is formed with an inclination, so that the legs narrow in a direction away from the pallet underside.
Structural Element
A structural element (10) for forming a panel, with an upper plane (12) and lower plane (14) which are parallel and deformed along their plane at intervals by pods (16) which extrude toward the opposing plane with their internal faces mating to one another.
Nestable Pallet
A nestable pallet includes a deck supported by hollow legs. Each hollow leg has an upper opening for receiving part of a corresponding leg of another pallet when the pallets are stacked. A horizontal cross-sectional shape of at least one, and preferably all, of the hollow legs corresponds to the union of at least two oblong shapes intersecting orthogonally, each oblong shape having an aspect ratio greater than 2:1. The legs preferably have T-shaped or H-shaped cross-sectional shapes, and may be deployed to provide support for reinforcing beams extending through the deck.
