A wire container has a bottom plate, a top plate, and a plurality of vertically extending posts. The posts are releasably connected to both the bottom plate and the top plate. The bottom plate, the top plate and the posts are formed from metal.

A data center, a rack information handling system (RIHS) delivery kit, and a method provide for removing an RIHS from and delivering an RIHS to a data center. The data center includes an enclosure having a raised floor and a lateral opening. The lateral opening has a bottom edge that is aligned with the raised floor in order to transfer a rack information handling system (RIHS) through the lateral opening for a selected one of: (i) removing the RIHSs from the raised floor; and (ii) delivering the RIHS to the raised floor. The data center includes a pallet interface coupled to or integrated into an exterior edge of the raised floor and vertically presented to abut and engage a lateral edge of a roll-off rack shock pallet that supports the RIHS during transport.

The invention provides a pallet wrap system and manufacture for repair of wood pallets. Extending the service life of wood pallets reduces associated costs, environmental concerns, and workplace injuries. The wrap or wrap component comprises a plurality of portions hingedly attached to one another and configured to surround or cover a portion of a pallet. The wrap component may be manufactured using recycled material, such as paper, aluminum, or plastic, and may further include a chemical for properties such as elasticity, adhesion, and bonding grip. The wrap component may further be folded to such that it can be erected from a flattened state to form a display unit for products. The wrap may include printed information content such as advertising/marketing content, or manufacturer's or shipper's information, identification or logo to make sure that only that business' product is shipped or used with the identified pallet.

Disclosed is a pallet, comprising first plywood, and foot piers fixedly arranged at a bottom side of the first plywood. The first plywood comprises a first batten layer and a second batten layer, wherein the first batten layer and the second batten layer are alternately arranged in a stacked manner, the first batten layer comprises several first battens arranged at intervals and along a first direction, and the second batten layer comprises several second battens arranged at intervals and along a second direction. The pallet not only has guaranteed strength but also has a relatively light weight.

A pallet has a deck, a skid and a plurality of blocks, spacing the skid from the deck. The blocks comprise spacer portions and sleeve portions, wherein the sleeve portions may extend above and below the spacer portions. The pallet constructed in this way can advantageously be made in any conventional size to meet the relevant norm or standard, while benefitting from the fact that the sleeve portions protect the edges of the deck and/or skid from impact. Furthermore, any impact imparted on the blocks is transmitted by the respective sleeve to the deck and/or skid. A logistic system is also described.

Each support block includes an inner wall surrounding an interior opening, an outer wall surrounding the inner wall, and a plurality of ribs extending between the inner and outer walls. First and second upper tabs extend outwards from upper surfaces of the inner wall, with each upper tab comprising an angled contact surface for engaging the top deck. The angled contact surfaces of the first and second upper tabs are oriented in a first direction. A shipping pallet apparatus (10) comprises an upper deck (12) comprising a plurality of corrugate sheets bonded in lamination to one another, a plurality of stringers (18) or blocks (19) adhesively secured to a lower surface of the upper deck (12), and a plurality of reinforcing plates (16) secured between adjacent corrugate sheets of the plurality of corrugate sheets, each reinforcing plate (16) of the plurality of reinforcing plates positioned between two stringers (18) or two blocks (19) of the plurality of stringers or blocks to define a medial gap (32) and a lateral gap (34), and each reinforcing plate (16) defining an impact edge aligned with an edge of the upper deck (12) to absorb a force from a tine.

A pallet reassembly system includes at least one block installation mechanism configured to install a block within a partially assembled pallet, at least one board installation mechanism configured to install a board within the partially assembled pallet, and at least one transport assembly for transporting the partially assembled pallet to each of the at least one block installation mechanisms and each of the at least one board installation mechanisms. The transport assemblies are arranged into a loop including at least two perpendicular arranged legs.
