The Rotatable Beverage Can Cover (200) comprises a circular surface (210), a curved side wall (300) and a notch (500). The Rotatable Beverage Can Cover (200) is fastened to the stay-on-tab beverage can (100) and placed in its “sanitary protection” position so that: a) the Rotatable Beverage Can Cover (200) covers the drinking contact area (190) and b) the notch (500) on the Rotatable Beverage Can Cover (200) allows access to the pull tab area (195). The beverage drinker rotates the Rotatable Beverage Can Cover (200) to move the Rotatable Beverage Can Cover (200) from its “sanitary protection” position to its“drinking access” position so that: a) the circular surface (210) of the Rotatable Beverage Can Cover (200) covers the pull tab area (195): and b) the notch (500) allows access to the drinking contact area (190) and the scored opening (126).

Sealing arrangement for packaging container

A paperboard packaging container includes a sealing arrangement comprising a lid and a sealing rim. The packaging container further includes a circumferential lid sealing member applied in the lid. The sealing rim forms a closed loop extending around the container opening. The sealing rim further comprises a first sealing surface arranged at an upper end edge of the sealing rim and is arranged to seal against a second sealing surface constituted by the circumferential lid sealing member when the lid is in a closed position. The sealing arrangement furthermore includes a frame structure forming a closed loop extending around a periphery of the container opening and is connected to the sealing rim. The lid is connected to the frame structure by a hinge member and a locking arrangement.

A container adapter includes a soft sleeve having a first and a second anti-slide sleeve portion; a rigid connecting pipe having a coupling portion, a stop portion and a plurality of slots. The first anti-slide sleeve portion is forward tapered, and the coupling portion is backward flared. The rigid connecting pipe is connected at the coupling portion to the first anti-slide sleeve portion of the soft sleeve with the stop portion abutted on a rim of the first anti-slide sleeve portion. To use the container adapter, simply fit the second anti-slide sleeve portion of the soft sleeve around an end of a container. Decorative accessories can be set in the slots to form ornaments, or pipes can be connected to the container adapter to form a fluid passage for guiding a liquid in the container, such that the container can have more applications and be advantageous to environmental protection.

Combination of a cap for a container and a neck of the container

A combination of a closing cap (1′) for a container (2) and a neck (201) of the container (2), wherein the cap (1′) comprises a lateral wall (3) extending about an axis (Z) and a transversal wall (4) positioned at an end of the lateral wall (3), a separation line (5′) of the lateral wall (3) defining a retaining ring (301′), configured to remain anchored to the neck (201) and a closing element (302) to open or close the container (2). The retaining ring (301′) comprises a retaining portion (303), configured to engage internally with a locking ring (202) of the neck (201). The retaining ring (301′) comprises a joining portion (305) which allows the retaining ring (301′) to be joined to the closing element (302), a first connecting band and a second connecting band, and a tab positioned between the first connecting band and the second connecting band.

11584569 · 2023-02-21 · ·

A closure includes a top panel and a corner section connecting an outer periphery of the top panel with a downwardly extending annular skirt. A plurality of gently curved ridges are spaced about the outer perimeter of the closure. The ridges generally extend from a lower portion of the skirt and around the corner section, with the upper ends of the ridges terminating proximate the top panel outer periphery. A plurality of knurls extend radially outwards from the midpoints of the ridges along the skirt of the closure. The configuration, arrangement, and spacing of the ridges and knurls about the closure provide an enhanced grip and feel, allowing for easier twist-off of the closure from a container. The closure may be used interchangeably with existing capping chucks used to apply conventional closures without requiring any modification to the capping chucks to apply the closures to containers during a capping process.

The container end incudes an impermeable gasket member disposed exteriorly thereupon, overtop of which the upper portion is engaged. The upper portion is rotatable between an open position and a closed position to orient at least one opening from sealed engagement with the gasket member to superimpose over at least one corresponding opening in the container end. The container may therefore be closed after opening to store contents therein. The container is manufactured using a modification to standard industry practices as seen in the art whereby minimal retooling is required for industry adoption.

The container with a lid and threaded closure mechanism includes a receptacle having a mouth surrounded by a thread, a lid, a sealing ring and a closure mechanism formed by a disc with a hollow interior and a perimetral tubular skirt provided with an engagement configuration complementary to the thread of the receptacle. The closure mechanism surrounds the lid and holds it against the mouth of the receptacle by means of a threaded attachment between the engagement configuration of the closure mechanism and the thread of the receptacle, assuring proper hermetic closure of the lid with the receptacle in cooperation with the sealing ring. The lid and the closure mechanism have mutually engaging elements with a complementary non-circular geometry and size, with both elements being tightly fitted preventing relative rotation of the closure mechanism with respect to the lid.
