BOX WITH INTERCHANGEABLE INSERT
A container device with an interchangeable insert is disclosed. In some embodiments, the present disclosure generally provides a practical, efficient and affordable solution that allows for changing an insert of the lid of a box, for example, a jewelry box.
JAR FOR COSMETIC PRODUCT HAVING A NON-CYLINDRICAL NECK
A jar for cosmetic products that includes a base surmounted by a neck and a lid, the neck having a non-circular cross-section and including a rim. The neck includes at least one first assembly element, the lid including at least one second assembly element. The lid is configured so that: (1) when the lid is in a closed position: (1a) the at least one second assembly element is arranged under the rim; and (1b) the at least one second assembly element and the at least one first assembly element are nested together, and (2) when the lid is in an open position, the at least one second assembly element is disengaged from the at least one first assembly element and the rim The lid is configured to pass from one position to the other by rotation about the neck.
SQUEEZABLE CLOSURES
Squeezable closures. Container systems, closure systems, and methods that include such closures.
CONTAINER SYSTEMS WITH A SQUEEZE-AND-TURN CLOSURE
Container systems that include a squeeze-and-turn closure. Closure systems that include a squeeze-and-turn closure. Methods related to such systems.
Closure
A container closure (10) is provided and comprises a base (50) and a lid (55), and the footprint of the lid is larger than the footprint of the base.
Modular bottle closure for coupling and assembly
A modular bottle closure comprises one or more exterior surfaces defining a hollow interior, a plurality of spaced engagement elements outwardly protruding from the exterior surfaces, a bottle cap interface element formed within the interior, and a coupling section coinciding with, or recessed from, a terminal edge of the closure. The coupling section frictionally engages engagement elements of another closure, whereby to couple together one or more closures. The plurality of engagement elements, which may protrude from the upper surface, are arranged by regions. A side of each engagement element of a region defines a locus of contact surfaces of substantially equal shape and length as the perimeter of the selected coupling section portion.
Container and cap having tamper-evident member
A container includes a container body with a projection and a cap with a cover member, an inner member, and an outer member. The inner member is threadably engaged to the neck of the container body and is supported for movement between a first threaded position and a second threaded position relative to the container body. The outer member depends from the cover member and extends at least partly about the inner member and an axis. The outer member includes a tamper-evident member that includes an abutment member configured to engage with the projection to limit movement of the cap from the first threaded position to the second threaded position. Also, the tamper-evident member is permanently deformable to disengage the projection and allow movement of the cap from the first threaded position to the second threaded position.
SPOUTED POUCH AND A CLOSURE ASSEMBLY
A spouted pouch (1) has a spout (10) with a neck (14) extending upward from an attachment portion (12). A cap unit (30) has a cap body (35) and an integrated ring member (50), made as one piece of plastic. A ring member is integrally formed to the lower edge of the skirt of the cap body and comprises an annular base portion (51) connected via breakable bridges (53) to the skirt. The base portion and the spout body (11) have cooperating permanent snap-fit joint portions (56, 21, 23) that keep the ring member fixed to the spout upon removal of the cap body. The pouch further comprises a flow control device (80) made distinct from the spout and from the cap unit. The flow control device is mounted to the neck (14) and has an external part (82) located outside of the exterior surface of the neck. The cap body is arranged over the neck and the flow control device. The ring member and the external part of the flow control device have cooperating retention portions (55, 83).
Sealable container system
A sealable container system contains a body and a lid assembly. The body includes an internal volume defined by bottom and side wall(s), bump(s) on the inside surface of the side wall and projecting toward the internal volume, and a lid with outer and inner walls at its bottom side with a channel in-between. A gasket couples to the lid with a wall portion residing within the channel and a lip outside the channel. When the lid assembly is pressed into the body, the lip of the gasket engages the bumps and deforms, and a gap forms between the lip and the side wall, where air in the internal volume exits through the gap. When the lip of the gasket travels past the bumps, the lip fully seats against the inside surface of the side wall, where negative air pressure is imparted to the internal volume of the body.
Closure assembly and container provided with said closure assembly
Closure assembly comprising a spout (1) and a cap (2) including a tamper-evident ring (3). The spout (1) has a neck (14) around a product passage (15) and a wall (10). The wall is spaced from the neck (14) to form an inner space (11) which is open from above to receive the tamper-evident ring (3). The tamper-evident ring (3) is integrally moulded via breakable bridges (34) to the cap and comprises a base portion (32) with at least one snap portion (33) at abase portion outer face (32a). The wall (10) of the spout (1) comprises at least one window (16), wherein the at least one snap portion (33) fits inside the window (16) to snap the tamper-evident ring (3) to the spout (1) when the tamper-evident ring (3) is inserted in the inner space (11).
