A modular produce crate has four side panels, a base panel and abase having a quadrant of upper surface corner base connectors. Each side panel defines an interior base panel channel, a pair of side panel corner connectors extending below the channel and side panel interfacing edges above the channel. Adjacent pairs of the side panel corner connectors plug into each respective corner base connector to enclose the channels around the base panel to hold the base panel and adjacent interfacing edges thereof are fastened together. As such, the base panel is held fast by the engagement of the side panel connectors within the respective base connectors thereunderneath and by the fastened interfacing edges of the side panels thereabove.

Disclosed herein is a pallet that includes a top deck and a support section. The top deck includes a first frame portion and an encasement encasing the first frame portion. The support section includes a second frame portion connected to the first frame portion of the top deck.

Various embodiments provide a bulk material shipping container top wall assembly, and a bulk material shipping container including the top wall assembly, that provides various advantages over previously known commercially available bulk shipping material container top wall assemblies and bulk shipping material containers.

A shipping pallet apparatus (10) comprises an upper deck (12) comprising a plurality of corrugate sheets bonded in lamination to one another, a plurality of stringers (18) or blocks (19) adhesively secured to a lower surface of the upper deck (12), and a plurality of reinforcing plates (16) secured between adjacent corrugate sheets of the plurality of corrugate sheets, each reinforcing plate (16) of the plurality of reinforcing plates positioned between two stringers (18) or two blocks (19) of the plurality of stringers or blocks to define a medial gap (32) and a lateral gap (34), and each reinforcing plate (16) defining an impact edge aligned with an edge of the upper deck (12) to absorb a force from a tine.

A roll-up door assembly includes a header, a face frame, and a lift frame. The lift frame is removably coupled to the header and is configured to be conveniently discarded once the header is securely installed to the face frame. The header further includes links along at least one end of individual slats that comprise a door panel. The links and the slats are configured to be rolled and unrolled from a spiral as the door panel is opened and closed. The links include a noise abatement feature that is adapted to decrease a sound pressure level associated with the links impacting, for instance, one another during the process opening and closing the door. The links further include a friction reduction surface that reduces friction at the coupling of adjacent links.

Sleeve pallet 10 is constructed from corrugate are disclosed. The sleeve pallet 10 includes a series of stringers 12 secured to an upper deck 14 and/or collar 16. When bonded to an upper deck 14, the upper deck 14 is bonded to and supports a collar 16. The collar 16 defines a peripheral flange 40. The peripheral flange 40 retains a sleeve over the collar 16 and/or upper deck 14 of the sleeve pallet 10. A cap 60 can be provided to cover and retains goods within the cavity 82 defined by the sleeve pallet 10. Before assembly, the flange 40 of the collar 16, the sleeve 18, and, when used, the cap 60 may be secured together by straps in a collapsed configuration.

A pallet for long-term storage of barrels, comprising a base comprising one or more support element holders and a upper surface comprising one or more depositing areas configured for holding one or more barrels; one or more support inserts which are inserted into support element holders; one or more bars which are inserted into support element holders; one or more openings configured to hold one or more supporting rods which, once inserted in said one or more openings, are mechanically coupled with said one or more bars and transmit vertical load from said one or more depositing areas, through said one or more bars into said one or more supporting rods.

The invention relates to an element (1) to be arranged in a corner of a parallelepipedic cage-like structure where a bottom or a top plane of the structure meets two walls of the structure extending perpendicularly to this plane and to each other. The element (1) comprises a bottom portion (2), outer wall portions (6, 7), inner wall portions (9, 10) and wall members (16, 17) so as to receive components of said structure in the form of first and second board-like members, such as wooden planks, therebetween with wide sides of these board-like members bearing on each other. This disclosure relates to a pallet includes a first board, a second board, a first elastic component and a second elastic component. The first elastic component and the second elastic component are disposed between the first board and the second board, and the second elastic component is closer to an edge of the second board than the first elastic component. The second elastic component has a density higher than that of the first elastic component.

A composite pallet for the transport and long-term storage of barrels, comprising a base element made of plastic with a top side, an under side and support projections; a deck element made of plastic with a top side for storing the barrels; and a depositing area for holding a vertical barrel. The deck element has an under side and support projections resting on the base element support projections, and is supported against the base element; the deck element under side is at a distance from the base element top side. Support inserts made of a material with a creep modulus which is higher over a predefined period than a creep modulus of plastic, and the decrease in which is lower than that of plastic over the specified period, are locked into holders on the deck element under side and on the base element top side.
