Disclosed is stack support assembly. The stack support assembly includes at least one binding element to press and bind at least one support leg to a material stack; and at least one elongated and partially hollow support leg composed of a shaped polymer. The elongated and partially hollow support leg includes vertically oriented side walls connected to one another with a repeating pattern of interconnect structures, thereby forming hollowed channels extending between a top plane and a bottom plane of the support leg.

The present disclosure includes a shipping pallet including an upper deck, a lower deck, and a plurality of pillars. The upper deck includes an upper exterior surface and an upper interior surface. The lower deck defines a lower exterior surface and a lower interior surface. The pillars are connected between the upper deck and the lower and the combination of the pillars, the upper deck, and the lower deck defines a space frame structure. Various components, such as the pillars, upper deck, and lower deck may be webbed-formed structures for enhanced rigidity.

A pallet system for shipping and storage of railing segments. The pallet system captures the corners of a plurality of railing segments, thereby diminishing the weight, footprint, and materials of construction requirements. In some embodiments, a plurality of the pallet systems can be stacked. The diminished size of the pallet system components after removal of the railing segments can be returned to the shipper in a refund exchange arrangement. In some embodiments, the plurality of railing segments is maintained in a fixed relationship using a spacer that is inserted laterally through the plurality of railing segments.

Assembled and combined pallet constitutes of supporting beams and skids wherein: the supporting beams are made of the hollow metal section bar and the supporting beams are equipped with the grooves along its length direction on the top; the skids are set with inserting blocks at the bottom in relation to the grooves on the top of the supporting beams and inserting blocks are inserted into the grooves along the length direction of the grooves; the supporting beam is set with a locating lever in relation to the inserting block of each skid, and the inserting block of each skid is set with a locking hole in relation to the locating lever and the locating level passes through the corresponding locking hole of the inserting block to lock the skid. Resin pallets having a deck and a base, where the deck and base are joined by an interlock, which is optionally reversible, are described. Methods of making such pallets by assembling the pallets by interlocking parts to form the pallets, in an optionally reversible method, are also described.

Methods for protecting a ground surface from exposure to material that may be spilled from or leak from one or more containers, which includes setting up a portable spill containment system that includes at least one grate for supporting the one or more containers. The grate includes a plurality of drain holes. The portable spill containment system includes a flexible bag configured to contain spills or leakage from the one or more containers that pass through the drain holes of the grate. In one embodiment, the portable spill containment system includes a plurality of pedestals that support the at least one grate. In another embodiment, the portable spill containment system includes an interconnected grid structure formed of separate and distinct spaced apart beams.

An apparatus includes a load carrying structure having: a plurality of side members removably connected to each other to form a base; a first support member and a second support member, where the first support member and the second support member are each removably connected between a respective pair of the plurality of side members; and a top member, where the top member is removably fastened to each of the plurality of side members.

The invention is directed to a flexible and collapsible extended-length bulk bin. The bulk bin includes two molded plastic end pieces that are connected at each side to each by metal rails. A bottom panel and two side wall panels are also positioned between the two molded plastic end pieces.
