Closure cap for bottle

A cap includes an upper cap portion to enclose an opening of a bottle and hold a dosage of fluid, a lower cap portion to extend into the bottle and increase the dosage capacity of the cap, and a skirt configured to engage the exterior surface of the bottle to secure the cap to the bottle. The upper cap portion includes a top and a first sidewall having one or more sections that protrude radially away from other portions of first sidewall.

CONTAINER WITH A SPOUT

A container assembly includes a container having a neck defining an opening into the container and a spout disposed in the neck of the container. The spout includes an outer sidewall defining an interior of the spout. The spout includes a flange projecting radially outward from the outer sidewall. The spout includes a plurality of spout teeth extending from a bottom surface of the flange and disposed around a perimeter of the outer sidewall. The neck of the container includes a plurality of neck teeth disposed along an interior surface of the neck and coupled with the spout teeth.

Tamper resistant reusable wine bottle stopper compatable with cork-screw-extractors
20220411136 · 2022-12-29 ·

A rigid stopper (10) made of synthetic materials, particularly for wine bottles, comprises a substantially cylindrical body (12) defining a longitudinal axis (20), with a side surface (14) and two opposing substantially flat end faces (16, 18), and at least two compressible-elastomeric “O”-rings (22, 24) seated in corresponding semicircular-circumferential-grooves (26, 28) on the side surface (14). The semicircular-circumferential-grooves (26, 28) are positioned symmetrically about a central-plane (56) toward faces (16, 18) of body (12) respectively. Faces (16, 18) are comprised of foramen (42, 44) respectively which communicate with a volute cavity (14) for the purpose of accepting a typical cork-screw-extractor. Stopper 10 having longitudinal symmetry about a central plane (56), either face (16) or face (18) of stopper body (12) is configured to rest flush with bottle (48) top for the purpose of maintaining compatibility with random orientation of the stopper 10 with the “corking” process of packaging machinery. A predetermined diameter (32) of stopper body (12) is slightly less than the interior neck (54) of bottle (48) for the purpose of allowing the “O”-rings (22, 24) to be compressively engaged between the stopper body (12) and interior neck (54), thereby sealing and maintaining position by means of friction of stopper (10) within bottle (48). The two compressible-elastomeric “O”-rings (22, 24) are made of a different material of that of the cylindrical body (12). The material of the compressible-elastomeric “O-rings (22, 24) is non-toxic food-grade silicone rubber having a formulation able to ensure complete compatibility for alimentary use and a high resistance to aging. The material of the cylindrical body (12) is a rigid thermo-plastic bisphenol-free polycarbonate, a non-toxic category having a formulation able to ensure complete compatibility for alimentary use and a high resistance to aging.

Stopper body (12) is much more durable, sanitary, dependable, and reusable than the traditional cork or synthetic cork stopper. As compared to the recent screw cap, the stopper (10) maintains the mystique, romantic charm, and quality image of an expensive wine, whereas the screw-cap gives connotation as being of lesser quality wine and has low tamper resistance.

CONTAINER ASSEMBLY AND CONTAINER LID
20220355982 · 2022-11-10 ·

A container assembly and a container lid are provided. The container assembly includes a container body, a lid, a sleeved portion, an annular pressing portion, and a straw. The container body has an opening portion at an upper end thereof. The lid is detachably disposed on the opening portion and has a top portion at a top end thereof. The annular pressing portion is formed at a side surface of the sleeved portion. The sleeved portion has a second accommodating space recessed therein. When the lid is disposed on the opening portion, the annular pressing portion is in contact with an upper end edge of the opening portion, and a height of a bottom surface of the top portion is greater than a height of the upper end edge of the opening portion. The straw is accommodated in an accommodating space of the container body.

LID ASSEMBLY FOR A BEVERAGE CONTAINER

A lid for use with a beverage container is described. The lid includes a lid body to fit into an opening of the beverage container. The lid includes a stopper that threadably engages with the lid body. A fluid passage is formed between the lid body and the stopper. The rotation of the stopper relative to the lid body provides an indication that the stopper and the lid body are in the open configuration and/or the removable configuration. The indication may include an audible indication, a tactile indication, or an increase in resistance.

Fastening device for sealing a fluid product reservoir

A fastener device for closing a fluid reservoir (1) having a neck (10) with outer peripheral reinforcement (11) that co-operates with the neck to define a bottom shoulder (12). The fastener device includes a fastener ring (2) for holding a closure member (4) on the neck (10), and which includes a peripheral skirt (21) extending around the neck below the bottom shoulder (12). The skirt (21) is provided with fastener elements (26a, 26b) forming contact zones (27a, 27b) for coming into engagement with the neck (10) below the bottom shoulder (12). A blocking hoop (3) is provided that is engaged around the peripheral skirt (21) in a final mounted position. The peripheral skirt (21) forms vertical blades (22) separated by axial slots (23), the blocking hoop (3) forming vertical branches (33) that are arranged in the axial slots (23) between two vertical blades (22), in the mounted position.
