Microwave heating sheet
A microwave heating sheet includes a substrate and a heating layer disposed on a first surface of the substrate. The heating layer includes a polar solvent that has a boiling point of not less than 100° C. and a polyelectrolyte that is dissolved in the polar solvent.
Blanks, Constructs, And Associated Methods For Induction Heating Of Food Products
A construct includes at least one panel for supporting a food product, the at least one panel formed from a laminate structure having a base layer, a conductive layer, and a surface film. The construct further includes at least one spacing feature extending downwardly from the at least one panel for supporting the at least one panel a distance above an induction source for attenuating heat transferred to the food product in response to an oscillating magnetic field interacting with the conductive layer of the laminate structure.
FOOD PACKAGING ARTICLES INCLUDING SUBSTRATES WITH METAL NANOPARTICLES
An embodiment of the present disclosure a food package article with metal nanoparticles. The metal nanoparticles may absorb microwave radiation and converts microwave radiation into heat.
CONVENIENT INSTANT TAPIOCA BEVERAGE PACK
Disclosed is a convenient instant tapioca beverage pack including a food convenience package and a beverage container. The food convenience package includes a sealed packaging bag containing a cooked tapioca pearl food, and the cooked tapioca pearl food includes cooked tapioca pearls and a frozen body of a dipping solution. A store staff can tear a tear notch of the packaging bag and heat up the packaging bag, and then pour the cooked tapioca pearl food contained in the packaging bag into the beverage container after heating, and then add a cold or hot liquid to complete the formulation of the pearl milk tea. Therefore, a particulate beverage such as a pearl milk tea can be formulated conveniently and instantly.
MICROWAVE HEATING SHEET
A microwave heating sheet includes a substrate and a heating layer disposed on a first surface of the substrate. The heating layer includes a polar solvent that has a boiling point of not less than 100 C. and a polyelectrolyte that is dissolved in the polar solvent.
Systems and methods for forming laminates
A method for forming a laminate can comprise moving an initial laminate and a sacrificial web at least partially coated with an adhesive in a downstream direction. The initial laminate can comprise a base web and an interactive web comprising a retained section and a scrap section. The method also can comprise forming a compound laminate by nipping the sacrificial web and at least the scrap section of the interactive web between a raised feature of a nip roller and an opposing support surface so that the adhesive at least partially bonds the sacrificial web to the scrap section. In addition, the method can comprise separating the compound laminate into a resultant laminate, comprising the base web and at least the retained section of the interactive web, and a sacrificial laminate, comprising the sacrificial web and at least the scrap section of the interactive web.
