Device Retention Assemblies
The description relates to device retention assemblies. One example can include a bucket having an open end and defining a volume that contains electronic components. The example can also include a lid positioned over the open end of the bucket. A retention assembly can be configured to bias the lid against the bucket to seal the open end. The retention assembly can include a tab that is secured to the lid with a fastener that extends through the retention assembly into the lid without extending completely through the lid and does not contact the bucket.
PANEL PACKAGING TRAY
A panel packaging tray includes a packaging case including a sidewall which defines a receiving section in which a display panel is accommodated and a plurality of supports disposed on an inside surface of the sidewall, where the supports guide a position of the display panel on a plane crossing the inside surface. A supporter of the supports includes a fixing unit coupled with the sidewall and a buffer unit disposed between the fixing unit and the display panel. The buffer unit includes a straight portion, a corner portion, and a curved portion located between the straight portion and the corner portion, based on a direction parallel to the plane. A curvature of a curved surface included in the curved portion is determined by a maximum tilt angle by which the display panel is allowed to be tilted in a state of being accommodated in the receiving section.
Equipment transport bag
Equipment transport bag assemblies (20, 92, 98, 145, 152, 182) each including an upright, open-top, equipment-receiving bag (22, 110, 158) with associated equipment-handling assemblies (24, 92, 102, 164, 184). The assemblies (24, 92, 102, 164, 184) have load-bearing strap units (34, 114, 166, 186) operably associated with the transport bags (22, 110, 158) so that the strap units (34, 114, 166, 186) bear the primary loads during lifting and handling of the bag assemblies (20, 92, 98, 145, 152, 182).
PROCESS FOR CONDITIONING GLASS OR PORCELAIN ELECTRICAL INSULATORS COATED WITH SILICONE
Method for packaging electrical insulators (4) for high voltage or very high voltage, such as electrical line insulators made with a dielectric material chosen from glass or porcelain, and more specifically, electrical insulators with a protective hydrophobic silicone elastomer coating covering the surface of the electrical insulators, under vacuum or under inert gas.
COVER TAPE FOR PACKING ELECTRONIC COMPONENT, PACKAGE, AND PACKAGE SET
A cover tape for packing an electronic component includes: a substrate layer; a heat sealing layer placed on one surface side of the substrate layer; and an intermediate layer placed between the substrate layer and the heat sealing layer, and a transmitted image definition based on JIS K 7374, with an optical comb width set to 0.5 mm, is 30% or more.
CONTAINMENT AND TRANSPORTATION TRAY FOR ELECTRONIC COMPONENTS HAVING SMALL DIMENSIONS AND LOW WEIGHT
Tray for containing electronic components formed by a bearing body, substantially planar, having a first and a second face. First holding structures extend from the first face of the bearing body and second holding structures extend from the second face of the bearing body. Each second holding structure is aligned with a respective first holding structure in a vertical direction perpendicular to the first and the second faces of the bearing body. Each first holding structure is formed by first protrusions mutually spaced by first spaces and arranged along a first closed line; each second holding structure is formed by second protrusions mutually spaced by second spaces and arranged along a second closed line. Each second protrusion is aligned, in parallel with the vertical direction, with the first spaces and each first protrusion is aligned, in parallel with the vertical direction, with the second spaces.
Electronic circuit board bag
The electronic circuit bag encloses a printed circuit board under design in an arrangement that allows for easy portability and ensures that the printed circuit board remains sterile during the design phase. The electronic circuit bag has a carrying handle atop the bag. The electronic circuit bag attaches to a solid square base which provides storage and a repository for holding the printed circuit board in place.
BAG AND BOX APPARATUS WITH FARADAY BAG AND SELF-CLOSING RF-TIGHT DEVICE PASSAGE FOR RECOVERING, TEMPORARILY STORING, AND THEN RETURNING FREIGHT-TRACKING TRANSMITTERS
A soft- or hard-sided apparatus for temporarily storing a plurality of electronic devices that transmit electromagnetic signals that would, if not suppressed, interfere with other electronic devices or make the devices accessible to outsiders. The apparatus includes a container, such as a soft-sided bag, that is sized for holding the plurality of electronic devices and is specially adapted to be normally RF-tight to suppress the electromagnetic signals transmitted by the plurality of electronic devices to prevent them from interfering with other electronic devices. The container further includes a small opening assembly in the container that opens and closes, such as a trap door, outfitted with magnets. The first small opening assembly is adapted to be RF-tight when closed so that a user can push an electronic device through the assembly, into the container, after which all the electronic devices are silenced inside of the container. The container further includes a second larger opening assembly to allow removal of all of the electronic devices as a group. The soft-sided container can be located in a cardboard shipping box, ready to be emptied nearby or returned to a third-party when full so that the devices can be refurbished and re-used.
COVER MEMBER AND MEMBER SUPPLY ASSEMBLY INCLUDING SAME
A cover member of the present invention is a cover member to be placed on a face of an object to prevent passage of a foreign matter through an opening of the face, the cover member including: a protective membrane having a shape configured to cover the opening when the cover member is placed on the face; and a first substrate layer joined to one of principal surfaces of the protective membrane. The first substrate layer has a laminated structure including at least two substrate films, and is positioned between the protective membrane and the face when the cover member is placed on the face. The at least two substrate films include a non-foam film and a foam film. The cover member of the present invention is suitable for improving the peelability from a member supply sheet.
CUSHIONING MATERIAL, PACKING MATERIAL, AND PACKED GOODS
Provided is a cushioning material for being put into a packing box configured for encasement of electronic equipment. The cushioning material absorbs external stress applied to the electronic equipment encased in the packing box. The cushioning material includes: a holder including a first plate having a first opening and configured to face the electronic equipment, and a second plate having a second opening and configured to face an inner wall surface of the packing box; and a first cushioning block held by the holder between the first plate and the second plate. The first cushioning block includes a first cushioning portion protruding through the first opening in a first direction going from the first plate toward the electronic equipment and configured to be in contact with the electronic equipment, a second cushioning portion protruding through the second opening in a second direction going from the second plate toward the inner wall surface of the packing box and configured to be in contact with the inner wall surface of the packing box, and a first link portion provided between the first plate and the second plate and linking the first cushioning portion and the second cushioning portion to each other. The first link portion is longer than the first opening and the second opening in a first holding direction intersecting with the first direction and the second direction.
