The invention discloses a liquid transport system and a liner bag and a method of using the same. The liquid transport system includes a intermediate bulk container and a liner bag, wherein the intermediate bulk container includes a base and a side wall mounted to the base, the base is provided with a valve port, and the liner bag includes a liner bag body and a discharge port. The liner bag body is formed by hermetically welding a front panel and a rear panel along the periphery thereof, and the discharge port is hermetically connected to the liner bag body, and the distance between an edge of the discharge port and a weld line of the liner bag body is set to a minimum. The liner bag is placed in the intermediate bulk container and the discharge port of the liner bag is installed in the valve port. The liner bag is arranged in such a manner that after the liner bag is filled, a plane where the weld lines are located is perpendicular to the base. The liquid transport system and liner bag of the present invention are simple to manufacture and facilitate the discharge of liquids, particularly viscous liquids, contained therein.

Flexible tank

The present invention relates to a flexible tank wherein liquid can be stored and which can transport liquid from one location to another location by means of a vehicle and having a lower compartment and an upper compartment positioned one above the other. As an improvement, said flexible tank comprises at least one tank body formed by at least one flexible wall joined in a manner forming a flexible pipe-like form and at least one folding region having at least one first folding line and at least one second folding line provided such that a passage throttle is defined in between.

Large format polymeric containers formed by injection molding include a main body having internal surfaces of high density and smoothness that define the internal space. The large format containers can include external features such as reinforcement ribs that are formed integrally with the container body, the reinforcement ribs having greater thicknesses than other portions of the walls of the container. The internal surfaces can include rounded corners and sloping towards a center of the container. Methods of manufacturing the large format polymeric containers include forming the polymeric main body using injection molding. The polymeric main body can be formed of multiple injection molded parts that are joined, or formed as a single piece. The injection molding can include applying between approximately 700 bar and approximately 1100 bar of pressure where at least a portion of the internal surface contacts a mold surface.

A system for transporting fluid cargo within a shipping container, the system comprising an open topped box having side walls and end walls and a flexible membrane which either independently or in combination with the box contains the fluid cargo. The box supports the portion of the cargo within the box and is designed to flex and absorb at least part of the horizontal forces generated within the cargo during its transportation thus preventing overloading of the walls of the surrounding container. The membrane may be a bladder which completely encloses the cargo and is disposed partially within the box to contain the cargo independently of the box. The box may have a floor pan which can seal the box against leakage of any cargo.

Tank assembly with liner

A tank assembly for receiving liquids comprises a tank body. The tank body includes a tank wall defining an enclosed tank cavity. The tank body also includes a manhole lid attached to the tank wall and movable from a closed position covering a manhole in the tank body to an open position uncovering the manhole. A liner includes a flexible liner wall defining an enclosed liner cavity. An opening is formed in the liner wall to permit liquid to be introduced into the liner cavity. The liner also includes a fitting secured to the liner wall at the opening in the liner wall. A first end of a hose is attached to the fitting for conducting fluid to the liner cavity. A valve is attached to a second end of the hose. The valve and the second end of the hose are releasably attached to the manhole lid.

Inflatable hatch sealing device

Embodiments of the present invention relate to apparatuses, systems, and methods for constructing, installing, and using an inflatable hatch sealing device in environmentally sealing a manhole.
