METHOD OF FORMING CONTAINERS HAVING A BOTTOM WALL WITH AN OPENING, SAME CONTAINERS, AND BLANKS FOR FORMING SAME
A container includes a first end structure defining a first opening therein, the first end structure being configured to receive a first cover positioned on the first end structure and extending across the first opening. A second end structure is positioned opposite the first end structure and defines a second opening extending through the second end structure. The container further includes two opposing side walls coupled to the second end structure along a respective first set of fold lines and two opposing end walls coupled to the second end structure along a respective second set of fold lines. At least one of the two opposing end walls extends obliquely relative to the second end structure and taper outwards from the second end structure. The container further includes a second cover positioned on the second end structure and extending across the second opening.
DISPLAY TRAY WITH SUPPORT COLUMN AND APERTURES
An apparatus to display packaged products that includes a base that includes a bottom segment, at least two supporting segments, and a top segment, the top segment provided with a plurality of apertures and supported at least in part by the at least two supporting segments such that the bottom segment and the top segment are generally parallel; and at least two side portions, at least one of said side portions comprising a support column, the at least two side portions being generally perpendicular to the bottom segment and the top segment. Methods of assembling the apparatus are also provided.
STACKABLE SHELF TRAY
A shelf tray for shipping and displaying palletized products is provided. The shelf tray is made from a single folded blank and includes horizontal top ledges to support trays mounted on top without caving.
Foldable container
Disclosed is a foldable container (100), comprising a base (100), side plates (2,3) and a small door (31). The side plates are connected to the base (1). The small door (31) is arranged on the side plates. The small door (31) at least comprises a first part (312), wherein the width of the first part (312) gradually reduces from the upper end to the lower end, first meshing portions (315) are provided on the left end wall and the right wall of the first part (312), and first meshing structure (342) matching the first meshing portions (315) are provided on the side plates. When the container overall has a full load, the outward deformation of the small door is small when the small door is extruded by goods, thereby saving on conveyance or stacking space of the container, and the reliability of stacking and conveyance is improved.
Stackable paperboard container
A stackable paperboard container is provided and includes a bottom panel, a pair of side panels, a pair of end panels, a pair of side flaps, and a pair of top walls. The pair of side panels extend from the bottom panel and are foldable about a side panel fold line. The pair of end panels extend from the bottom panel and are foldable about an outer end fold line. Each side flap extends from one of a pair of side panels and is foldable about a side flap fold line. Each top wall extends from one of pair of end panels and is foldable about a top wall fold line. Each top wall includes a wall section, a pair of top wall flaps, each top wall flap extending from one side of the wall section and foldable about by a top flap fold line, and a pair of bottom locking tabs, wherein each bottom locking tab extends from each of the pair of top wall flaps along a locking tab fold line and is insertable into a bottom tab slot of the bottom panel.
Tray made from cardboard sheet material, blank, device and method for producing such a tray
A tray made from cardboard sheet material comprising a rectangular bottom and a ring of side walls, i.e., two first opposing side walls, referred to as first walls, at least one of the first walls being connected on either side by first fold lines to end flaps referred to as first flaps, which may or may not themselves be connected respectively at the top part of same to a second flap by a second fold line, and two second opposing side walls, referred to as second walls. The second walls each comprise a rectangular central panel of which the length is less than the length of the bottom, the panel being connected, at each of the lateral ends of same, by a third fold line to a reinforcing member forming a pillar folded and glued to the central panel, and/or to the first flap of the adjacent first wall, i.e., a first reinforcing element located entirely separated from the adjacent first wall, and a second reinforcing element.
Locking structure, container utilizing locking structure, and container assembling apparatus
A locking receiving portion is defined by a first inclined line extending toward a third panel side on a first panel from a branching point on a fold line between the first panel and a second panel, a second inclined line extending toward the third panel side on the second panel from the branching point, and a cut portion extending between a distal end of the first inclined line and a distal end of the second inclined line. The locking receiving portion extends in an inclined manner between the first panel and the second panel in an assembled state. A locking portion is formed on the third panel, and configured to be locked to a cut portion side of the locking receiving portion in an assembled state.
PRODUCT TRAY
A product tray includes a body defining a product-storage space and a product-view window extending through the body into the product-storage space. The body includes a front wall, a back wall spaced apart from the front wall, a pair of spaced apart side walls extending from the front wall to the back wall, and a floor extending between lower ends of the front wall and the back wall and between lower ends of the side walls. The product-storage space adapted to receive and hold product for transportation to and display in a retail location, and the product-view window arranged to allow a consumer at the retail location to view the product stored in the product product-storage space.
