SHIPPING APPARATUS
A shipping assembly includes a folded core, made of corrugated carton or other foldable material, formed with a hollow center along the entirety or a portion of the core. A base at a bottom of the folded core is foldable along a folding line to attain a perpendicular position to the folded core. The base has two protrusions above the folding line. Upper and lower lateral members include two folded tabs which are inserted in upper and lower portions, respectively, of the column assembly to form a frame assembly. The frame assembly is affixed to an inner volume of a box.
TWO-PIECE CONTAINER WITH INTEGRAL INTERNAL CORNER SUPPORTS
A retail-ready container includes internal corner supports. The container is erected from a preassembly formed from a combination including a primary blank and a secondary blank. The primary blank includes a side panel, a bottom panel, and a top panel. The secondary blank is selectively adhered to the side panel of the primary substrate. Each of the side panel and the secondary blank include a plurality of sections connected by respective fold lines. Fold lines of the side panel are laterally offset from fold lines of the secondary blank so that unfolding of the preassembly yields the container with internal corner supports.

Modular stackable merchandise trays
A stackable merchandise tray is formed in a modular fashion with a rectangular base casing having a selected width and two identical insert units are mounted within the left and right sides of the base casing. The tray has two horizontal U-shaped upstanding mounting tabs located at the top edge of each of its two side panels and four complementary rectangular mounting openings formed adjacent to the lower lateral edges of its bottom panel. A reinforcing tab extend juxtapose to a side of each of the U-shaped upstanding mounting tabs to provide additional strength in resisting external lateral force exert on a plurality of the trays stacked together.

Container with a reinforcement structure and method of forming the same
A blank assembly for forming a container includes a body blank that includes a bottom panel and two opposing side panels. The side panels are configured to at least partially form two opposing side walls of the container. The blank assembly also includes at least two end blanks. Each end blank is configured to form at least a portion of an end wall of the container. Each end blank includes a first inner corner panel, a first inner end panel, a first reinforcement panel, a second reinforcement panel, and a second inner end panel coupled together in series along preformed, parallel fold lines. The first inner corner panel is configured to extend obliquely between a side wall and an end wall. The first reinforcement panel is configured to extend from the first inner end panel inwardly towards an interior cavity of the container.
PRODUCT TRAY
A product tray includes a body defining a product-storage space and a product-view window extending through the body into the product-storage space. The body includes a front wall, a back wall spaced apart from the front wall, a pair of spaced apart side walls extending from the front wall to the back wall, and a floor extending between lower ends of the front wall and the back wall and between lower ends of the side walls. The product-storage space adapted to receive and hold product for transportation to and display in a retail location, and the product-view window arranged to allow a consumer at the retail location to view the product stored in the product product-storage space.
