Partitioned container
A partitioned container having a plurality of individual compartments formed from mated slotted interior panels. One or more exterior panels surround the mated interior panels to form the outside of the partitioned container. The interior panels may include folding tab sections and partitioning sections, and the panels may be positioned closely together to define small individual compartments. The various panels may be folded about fold lines to permit the assembly to be folded into a substantially flat state.
HIGH STRENGTH PARTITION BOX ASSEMBLY
A divider box assembly is provided which comprises a plurality of individual compartments formed from a plurality of transverse and longitudinal panels which interact with one another by way of slots. Such panels may be arranged to form high strength internal and external partitions which support stacking of a plurality of divider boxes and also providing increased resistance to rough handling during shipment and storage.
Packaging Apparatus and Methods for Fabricating Same
According to one aspect, an improved packaging apparatus having first panels oriented in a first direction and second panels oriented in a second direction. The first and second panels cooperate to define a plurality of cells into which parts can be received. At least some of the first and second panels are made from reclaimed waste material. The waste material could be a foam board, such as is used in the manufacturing of headliners for automotive vehicles.
Partitioned container
A partitioned container containing a plurality of individual compartments formed from mated slotted transverse panels and slotted longitudinal panels. An exterior panel surrounds the mated panels to form the outside of the partitioned container. The transverse panels and longitudinal panels having folded tab sections that extend from either side of the slotted sections along an interior surface of the exterior panel to provide additional structural support.
Portable display containers and methods of making and using the same
Portable display containers with spine and cross supports, methods of making portable display containers with spine and cross supports, and methods of using containers with spine and cross supports. The portable display containers have a plurality of tiers, each tier having a base tray, at least one spine, and two or more cross supports that add strength and rigidity to the display, allowing the portable display containers to be fully loaded with product or items prior to transportation and/or shipment to the display location.
Shipping container systems for live samples and related die cut tray inserts
A die cut tray insert is provided including a first face and a second face, opposite and parallel to the first face; first and second assemblies secured at one end to one of the first and second faces and configured to swing between an open position and a closed position such that a pot associated with a live sample is secured on two sides; and a third face and a fourth face, perpendicular to the first and second faces and opposite and parallel to one another, the third face configured to cover a top portion of the pot associated with the live sample and the fourth face configured to contain the pot within the first, second and third faces. The third face covering the top portion of the pot is configured to reduce spillage from the pot when the first and second assemblies are in a closed position.
High strength partition box assembly
The present invention is a divider box assembly comprising a plurality of individual compartments formed from a plurality of transverse, longitudinal panels and exterior panels. Such exterior panels arranged such that they may form high strength internal and external partitions to support stacking of a plurality of divider boxes and also providing increased resistance to rough handling during shipment and storage.
Method and Apparatus for Collateral Use of Bottle Packaging
In a box system for storing bottles therein that includes a box, at least one longitudinal divider sheet and at least one latitudinal divider sheet. The divider sheets each consist of a non-corrugated absorbent high density wood pulpboard having a thickness in a range of between 1.0 mm to 3.0 mm and a basis weight in a range of between 410 gsm to 1240 gsm. The divider sheets are divided into a plurality of coaster units. Each coaster unit is printed with collateral branding indicia. The coaster units are separated by linear perforations to facilitate separation of the coaster units so that when the coaster units are separated they are usable as drink coasters.
Packaging device and method for fitting an external package with a dividing element
The invention relates to a packaging device (1) and method for fitting an external package (3) with a dividing element (2) and for filling a divided external package (3) with articles (4). The packaging device (1) comprises a first supply station (70) for external packages (3) that are open on one side, a second supply station (60) for expanded and/or unfolded dividing elements (2), a placement device (6) for placing the expanded and/or unfolded dividing element (2) into the external package (3), at least one holding device (9) that holds and/or stabilizes the expanded and/or unfolded dividing element (2) inside the external package (3) prior to the articles (3) being placed therein, and an article feed station (11) for placing the articles (4) into an external package (3) that is divided by the dividing element (2).
