Adaptable bottle seal breaker cap
A bottle seal breaker cap breaks a foil substrate seal on the top of the body of a medicine or supplement bottle. It has one or more notches, preferably a single notch, extending up from the bottom peripheral lip of a bottle cap, including a cutting surface deep enough to cut into a sealed foil substrate installed for sanitary reasons on top of the body of a medicine or supplement bottle.
A CAP FOR A FOOD PACKAGE
Disclosed herein is a cap configured to interact with a neck. In some embodiments, the cap comprises an inner wall portion and at least one cutting element projecting radially inwards from the inner wall portion. In some embodiments, the cutting element has a hinge portion connected to the inner wall portion, and a cutting portion extending radially inwards from the hinge portion, wherein a first axial thickness of the hinge portion is between 35 and 80% of a second axial thickness of the cutting portion. Also disclosed herein is an assembly comprising the cap and a spout having a membrane closing a tubular member of the spout.
A CAP AND NECK ASSEMBLY FOR A FOOD PACKAGE
A cap and neck assembly for closing an upper end of a package (10) is provided. The neck (20) is formed by a tubular member (110) being provided with external threads (22), and an upper tubular portion (120) extending from the tubular member (110) and being releasably attached to a membrane (150) closing an upper end of said upper portion (120). The cap has a lower portion the threads (22) of the neck (20), and an upper portion (33) being provided with at least one cutting element (50) configured to separate the membrane (150) from the neck (20). When the cap (30) is threaded onto the neck (20) to its axial end position for the first time prior to separating the membrane (150) from the neck (20), the axial distance between a cutting edge (54) of the cutting element (50) and the membrane flange (170) is less than 1 mm.
Container cap assembly
A cap assembly is used in a container. A food product to be dispensed from the container is in an inner volume of the container, and the inner volume of the container is closed by a lid. An identifier is arranged on the cap assembly and/or on a surface of the container. The cap assembly includes two parts relatively moveable with respect to each other in a relative movement. The relative movement and/or a solidary movement of these two parts allows displacement of the identifier according to a certain path and allows opening and/or closing a communication between the cap assembly and the inner volume of the container.
MULTI-USE BEVERAGE SYSTEM
Described herein is a beverage system that is configured to produce beverages having different characteristics, such as different levels of carbonation including producing substantially non-carbonated beverages and carbonated beverages with a single machine. The beverage system includes a beverage appliance and a beverage container. The beverage container includes a beverage material, which can include a flavoring ingredient for a target beverage. The beverage appliance is used to access the beverage material from the beverage container and produce the target beverage. The beverage appliance and beverage container are adaptable to produce the target beverage having any of a range of carbonation levels or other characteristics.
CONTAINER CAP ASSEMBLY
The invention refers to a cap assembly (10) used in a container (20) comprising in its inner volume a food product to be dispensed, the container volume being closed by a lid (21), such that the cap assembly (10) comprises two parts (11, 12) relatively moveable with respect to each other, the relative movement and/or the solidary movement of these two parts (11, 12) allowing the following functions: displacement of identification means (22) arranged on the cap assembly (10) and/or on the container surface according to a certain path; opening and/or closing a communication between the cap assembly (10) and the inner volume of the container (20).
LID STRUCTURE
The present invention relates to a lid structure (200) for a container (100), the lid structure comprising: a first lid member (210), and a second lid member (220), the first lid member connected to the second lid member to form a gas tight cavity (230) between the first lid member and the second lid member, the gas tight cavity substantially filled with an inert atmosphere: wherein the first lid member comprises at least one piercing structure (240) configured to be operable by the user to pierce the second lid member and release the inert atmosphere from the gas tight cavity. The present invention further relates to a kit of parts comprising a lid structure and a container and a method (600) of producing a lid structure.
Valve retaining device
A device for retaining a self-closing valve in a closure is provided. The device comprises a body for receiving a self-closing valve and having a crimping flange capable of being bent from an uncrimped position to a crimped position so as to retain the valve in the device. The body is receivable into a closure with the valve retained. The crimping flange has a length, for instance, generally within a range of 0.5 mm and 4.0 mm.
CONTAINER CAP AND CONTAINER TO WHICH SAME IS COUPLED
The present invention relates to a container cap and, more specifically, to a container cap coupled to a container inlet, and a container to which same is coupled. Disclosed is the container cap comprising: a cap body (100) coupled to a container inlet (12) of the container (10) in which contents are contained; and an upper lid (200) coupled to the cap body (100) to cover the upper side of the cap body (100), wherein the cap body (100) includes an outlet plate (110) which is fractured from an upper plate part (101) to form a discharge hole (102) through which the contents contained in the container (10) are discharged, and the upper lid (200) includes a pushing part (210) which is formed in correspondence to the outlet plate (110) and which fractures the outlet plate (110) by means of the vertical movement thereof.
Topper for a container
A topper for a container having an upper surface is presented. The topper includes: a body adapted to engage an upper surface of the container, and a movable perforation platform having at least one protruding perforating element. The perforation platform is pushable with respect to the body from a resting position to a working position wherein the perforating element perforates the upper surface of the container.
