CLOSURE DEVICE
The present invention relates to a closure device (1) for a container (2) in which a flowable material (3) is stored, comprising a base element (4), which can be fastened on a container opening (5) of the container (2), a spout (11) with a dispensing opening (7), whereby the spout (11) is positioned inboard of the base element (4), and a lid (8) connected to the base element (4) by a hinge (12), whereby the lid (8) can be moved back and forth between a closed position (9) in which the lid (8) closes the dispensing opening (7) so that the spout (11) is not accessible and an open position (10) in which the spout (11) is accessible, tamper evidence indication means (13) for visually indicating if the lid (8) of the closure device (1) has once been moved out of its closed position (9), whereby the tamper evidence indication means (13) comprise a first indication ring (14) and at least a second indication ring (15) which is co-axially arranged in the first indication ring (14).
TAMPER EVIDENT BLISTER PACKAGING
A tamper evident package comprises a blister assembly defining at least one cavity, the opening of the at least one cavity being at least partially closed by a membrane. A sleeve housing the blister assembly is provided, the sleeve having a top side and a bottom side, the bottom side having a contact window that is aligned with the cavity. In addition, a package integrity feature is applied to the bottom side and covers the contact window. The package integrity feature is further applied to the membrane covering the cavity through the contact window.
MODULAR CONTAINER WITH IMPROVED PERFORMANCE
A container includes: a pulp-formed shell configured to contain a material therein, the pulp-formed shell having an opening through which the material may pass, the pulp-formed shell being formed from a first material; and, a collar having one or more engagement features configured to engage at least a portion of the pulp-formed shell by pinching, indenting, deforming, or any combination of pinching, indenting and deforming, at least a portion of the pulp-formed shell, the collar being formed from a second material.

Tip Cap for a Medical Injection Device
A tip cap for a medical injection device, including: a tip connector configured to engage a tip of the medical injection device; a closure cap configured to sealingly close a distal opening of the tip, the closure cap being releasably connected to the tip connector; an RFID tag including a chip and an antenna, where the chip is overmolded in one of the tip connector and the closure cap and the antenna is overmolded in the other one of the tip connector and the closure cap, the chip and the antenna being electrically connected by a bridge configured to break under a relative movement applied to the closure cap and the tip connector in order to release the closure cap from the tip connector, and the antenna is located at an interface between the tip connector and the closure cap.
Cover for drug product bottles
The cover is made with two parts that close on each other over a cap on a drug product bottle. Each cover part has a semi-cylindrical periphery, a semi-circular lid and a radially inwardly directed ledge along a bottom edge of the semi-cylindrical periphery to fit under the cap of a bottle in a closed position. The cover parts snap together to lock in place. In one embodiment, the cover cooperates with a handle assembly having a handle of U-shape that is disposed over the cover to prevent separation of the two parts from each other.
SHRINK LABEL AND METHOD OF USE
A shrink label includes a first end surface, a second end surface, and a puncture extending along a portion of the shrink label between the first and second end surfaces such that the puncture is spaced a first distance away from the first end surface and the puncture is spaced a second distance away from the second end surface. The puncture is expandable to form an opening when the shrink label shrinks from an open state to a shrunk state.
A SHRINK LABEL AND METHOD OF USE
A shrink label for application to a bottle and a cap is provided to maintain the position of the cap relative to the bottle. The shrink label includes an interior surface defining an opening therethrough, a first adhesive strip extending circumferentially about the interior surface of the shrink label, and a second adhesive strip spaced a distance above the first adhesive strip and extending circumferentially about the interior surface of the shrink label. The first adhesive strip is aligned with a portion of the bottle and the second adhesive strip is aligned with a side portion of the cap such that an intersection point between the bottle and the cap is positioned between the first adhesive strip and the second adhesive strip. A perforation line can be included on the shrink label above the second adhesive strip for removal of the shrink label.

LABELLING ARRANGEMENT FOR A MULTI-PART CONTAINER, SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR APPLYING A LABELLING ARRANGEMENT TO A MULTI-PART CONTAINER
A labeling arrangement for a multi-part container includes a sleeve-shaped cap element adapted to be coupled to and surround a closure of the container, the cap element having, relative to a longitudinal axis, first and second cap portions and a severing region. The labeling arrangement further includes a fixing label having adjacent first and second label portions. The first label portion is adapted to be attached to the second cap portion, and the second label portion is adapted to be attached to a container body of the container such that the fixation label couples the cap element to the container body, such that when the container with the labeling arrangement is opened, the cap element is separable in the severing region and at least a part of the first cap portion together with a part of the closure is removable from the second cap portion and the container body.
