PUNCTURABLE SAFETY SEAL
Some embodiments of the present disclosure include a puncturable cover for accessing the contents of a container, wherein the puncturable cover includes a plurality of segments separated by a plurality of score lines. In embodiments, the puncturable cover may be part of a storage device for holding dry goods, wherein the storage device includes a container configured to accommodate a volume of the dry goods, the container having a rim; the puncturable cover; and a lid configured to removably cover the puncturable cover, wherein before the puncturable cover is punctured, the score lines extend partially through a width of the puncturable cover.
Container for dispensing a substance
A container containing a substance, comprises a preformed deformable body defining a filling cavity. The body has an opening and an integral planar circumferential rim surrounding said opening. The opening is closed by a cover sheet which is sealed to the circumferential rim by means of a circumferential sealing seam, wherein the circumferential rim has a dispensing part which is covered by the cover sheet. The cover sheet is sealed to the dispensing part by at least one rupturable sealing seam and outlet seams defining an outlet passage from the rupturable sealing seam towards a dispensing edge of the dispensing part of the circumferential rim, such that, when the rupturable sealing seam is broken, the substance is allowed to flow through the outlet passage between the surface of the dispensing part and the cover sheet towards the dispensing edge of the dispensing part. The dispensing part and the cover sheet are configured and mutually arranged such that the edge portion of the cover sheet and the dispensing edge do not overlie each other.
INK CARTRIDGE
An ink cartridge contains an outer package, an ink container within the outer package, and sheet bodies attached to an outer surface of the outer package, and is attachable to and detachable from a printing device. Small pieces are formed by cuts in the outer package. The small pieces include breakable sections, and the bendable sections. Sheet bodies cover a portion of the small pieces. Pressing on a small piece with a finger breaks the breakable section, and bends the bendable section to press them inside the outer package. A portion of the sheet body then shifts upwards so that the sheet body can be grasped with fingers and peeled away from the outer package. Disassembly and sorting of used cartridges in this way becomes easier.
SNAP CLOSE PEEL RESEAL PACKAGE
A package for the storage of food or other suitable products includes a tray and, optionally, a lidding film. The tray is thermoformed, molded, or otherwise shaped to provide a recessed portion and flange, the recessed portion defining a product-receiving cavity. The flange includes a frame portion surrounding the cavity and a margin portion disposed alongside the frame portion and, in some embodiments, extending substantially a full width of the tray. The optional lidding film attaches to both the frame and margin portions and typically seals the cavity. The margin portion and a side wall of the recessed portion may include locking features to allow the margin portion to snap close against the side wall. The package may then be made to stand on end with the margin portion acting as a base. The lidding film may include a peelable/sealable film to allow repeated access to the product while sealing the cavity between uses.
SYSTEMS AND APPARATUS FOR HYDRATION AND SUPPLEMENTATION
In one aspect, new dispenser components for use with portable fluid dispensing apparatus are provided. The present systems can by used to administer to a user water and other fluids optionally together with one or more other ingestibles such as flavoring, or a health supplement. In another aspect, new rotor or disk units that may comprise one or more pods or packets that contain ingestible material(s). In a further aspect, one or more of such pods or packets that may comprise one or more ingestible materials.
Attachable Sealing Device for Snack Bags and Method of Use Thereof
The present invention relates to a novel sealing device for food bags and other types of snack bags. The device is attached using adhesive backing to attach to a bag and is designed to seal an opening of the bag to protect items such as food items from becoming stale and spilled. The device features adhesive backing on inner surfaces of a top layer and a bottom layer, the layers have a common side edge and include a zippered lock on a top edge thereof. In use, the adhesive backing of the bottom layer and the top layer is positioned on opposite sides of the bag to adhere to the bag and the zippered lock is closed to create a sealed enclosure to cover the opening of the bag. The zipper is opened to access food items and functions as an integrated zippered lock for the bag.
Container closure with vacuum-indicating pull tab
A package that includes a container and a container closure having a vacuum-indicating pull tab. The container includes a longitudinal axis extending therethrough, a mouth, and a sealing surface. The container closure includes a seal membrane sealingly and removably coupled to the container sealing surface to seal the container, and a pull tab configured to extend from the seal membrane. Manipulation of the pull tab provides an indication of the presence or absence of a vacuum in the package.

Lidded container and container used therefor
The present invention provides a lidded container which, even when a flange portion of the container warps during microwave heating, can prevent a contact between the flange portion and a lid and allows steam to pass from a steam escape mechanism. The lidded container is provided with a container having an opening and a lid which covers the opening and is joined to the container. The container is provided with a bottom portion, a side portion standing upright from the bottom portion, and a flange portion which is continuously connected to an upper portion of the side portion and includes a first plane. A circumferential seal portion is formed between the lid and the first plane of the flange portion. The seal portion is provided with a main seal portion and a protruding seal portion protruding inward with respect to the main seal portion. At least one of the flange portion and the lid is formed with a contact suppression mechanism for suppressing a contact between the flange portion and the lid, which is provided outside the protruding seal portion at a position corresponding to at least the protruding seal portion.
