Stackable container
A container which includes a recessed portion and a complimentary top and base of generally undulating design which allow for a stack of such containers to be arranged where the neck of a lower container is placed within the recessed portion of an upper container and the base of the upper container contacts the top of the lower container. The container stack can then be extended to comprise multiple stacks which are positioned on a shipping pallet to provide for improved transportation efficiency of palletized containers.
System and method for modular component sterilization case
A modular component container system includes a plurality of case walls and a plurality of connectors. Each of the connectors includes at least two connector elements that mechanically connect to the case walls. The system also includes at least one latch connector having a latch connector element. The latch connector element mechanically connects to one of the case walls. A latch is movably oriented relative to the latch connector element. The latch releasably engages another of the case walls.
Folding box
A folding box (100), comprising: a bottom plate (1), and a pair of first side plates (2) and a pair of a second side plates (3) capable of being folded with respect to the bottom plate (1). The first side plates (2) and the second side plates (3) are releasably interlocked via a locking mechanism (4). The locking mechanism (4) comprises a handle (41), a locking member (42), and a guidance feature (31). When the first side plates (2) and the second side plates (3) are in a locked state, the handle (41) restricts the position of the locking member (42), thus limiting the movement of the locking member (42), when the handle (41) restricts the position of the locking member (42), thus limiting the movement of the locking member (42), when the handle (41) moves and provides the locking member (42) space required for movement of the locking member (42), the locking member (42) cooperates with the guidance feature (31) to drive the locking member (42) to move so as to unlock the same. When the folding box is empty and recycled, the side plates are easy and convenient to unlock, and are difficult to be unlocked by an accidental triggering when using.
Additive for performance enhancement of biopolymer articles
Embodiments relate to an additive for a biopolymer article, a method for forming the additive and biopolymer articles and sheeting containing or formed using the additive. The additive includes at least one impact modifier between 10-90 weight % of the total weight of the additive; at least one polymer color concentrate between 5-50 weight % of the total weight of the additive; and at least one carrier resin between 5-50 weight % of the total weight of the additive.
Deformable container with hoop rings
Method and system for handling a plurality of hot-filled and capped containers having temporary deformations or distortions caused by vacuums induced in the containers. For each container, temporary deformations are confined or directed to a particular portion of the container. Annular hoop rings can be provided to confine the temporary deformations to a smooth sidewall portion of the container between the annular hoop rings. Alternatively, one or more supplemental vacuum panels can be provided to confine or direct the temporary deformation thereto. The annular hoop rings and the one or more supplemental vacuum panels can provide for substantially stable touch points for the container. The containers are conveyed with temporary deformations such that substantially stable contact points of each container are in contact with corresponding substantially stable contact points of other containers. After the conveying, a moveable element in a bottom end of each container is activated substantially permanently to remove the vacuum in the container.
Nebulizer
A nebulizer is proposed which includes an insertable container and a securing mechanism for holding the container in the nebulizer such that the container can move back and forth but can not be separated. The securing mechanism is formed by a metal unitary part. The securing mechanism forms a transportation lock for holding the container unmovable in the housing in a delivery state of the nebulizer. The securing mechanism forms a ring with flexible holding fingers.
Container provided with an invertible diaphragm and a central portion of greater thickness
Container made of a plastic material, provided with a base including a standing ring forming a support flange and a diaphragm extending from the standing ring to a central portion, the diaphragm being capable of standing in an outwardly-inclined position, the diaphragm connecting to the standing ring at an outer junction forming an outer articulation of the diaphragm with respect to the standing ring; the diaphragm connecting to the central portion at an inner junction forming an inner articulation of the diaphragm with respect to the central portion; the diaphragm being invertible with respect to the standing ring to an inwardly-inclined position; the central portion having a thickness greater than the diaphragm, the central portion having an annular section of greater thickness adjacent to the inner junction, the central portion having a central recess thinner than the annular section and protruding upwardly from an inner edge of the annular section.
Plastic container with improved sidewall configuration
A plastic container that is adapted for adjustment to internal volumetric changes such as those that occur during the hot-fill process includes a container body defining an internal space and having a sidewall. The container body has a maximum lateral dimension and a plurality of flexible panels and posts defined in the sidewall. The posts are respectively interposed between the flexible panels around the outer circumference of the sidewall. Each of the plurality of posts has a minimum width and a maximum width, and a ratio of the minimum width to maximum width is preferably within a range of about 0.3 to about 0.7. A ratio of the minimum width to the maximum lateral dimension is preferably within a range of about 0.05 to about 0.30. In addition, a ratio of the maximum width to the maximum lateral dimension is preferably within a range of about 0.15 to about 0.45.
Container comprising an arched base having a star-shaped cross-section
A container of plastic material, having a body extending along a principal axis and a bottom in the extension of the body at a lower end thereof. The bottom has an annular seat defining a seating plane; and a conical arch that extends from near the seat towards the interior of the container to a central apex, the arch having in transverse cross-section a star-shaped profile inscribed between two circles, the ratio of the diameters of which is greater than or equal to 0.7.
