Transportable Slurry Box System
A system for using a heated portable vacuum slurry box to efficiently store and transport material including drill cuttings from gas and oil well sites. The slurry box generally includes a vacuum tank, a structure attached to the tank, a vertical tailgate, and a hook for pulling the slurry box onto a vehicle. The features allow for the slurry box to meet space restriction requirements at a well site while functioning within the environmental conditions of winter and summer seasons. The system includes a preferred method to unload the slurry box.
Transportable Self Contained Cutting Box
A heated portable vacuum slurry box for efficiently storing and transporting material including drill cuttings from gas and oil well sites. The slurry box generally includes a vacuum tank, a structure attached to the tank, a mechanical bay, a vertical tailgate, and a hook for pulling the slurry box onto a vehicle. The features allow for the slurry box to be meet space restriction requirements at a well site while as well as function within the environmental conditions of winter and summer seasons. Jacketed openings, stack mount systems, and a removable power unit allow for efficient use of the slurry box.
Pressure Vessel Device
A self-contained heated portable vacuum slurry box which is constructed to hold both a positive pressure and a vacuum pressure. The slurry box generally includes a vacuum tank, a structure attached to the tank, a vertical tailgate, and a hook for pulling the slurry box onto a vehicle. The slurry box meets space restriction requirements while functioning within the environmental conditions of winter and summer seasons.
Oven skin packaging process
The invention relates to a vacuum skin food package for use in a conventional oven and more particularly to a food package able to withstand conditions up to 200° C. comprising a thermoplastic lid film which is free of polyester and contains crosslinked EVA.
Packaged medical device and method for manufacturing packaged medical device
To provide a packaged medical device which is hard to cause a variation in the fixed states of the medical devices. Specifically, provided is a packaged medical device comprising a container having an opening portion, a medical device housed inside the container, and a gas impermeable film sealing the opening portion by heat-sealing, in which the inside of the container is set to a negative pressure to the atmospheric pressure and the medical device is pressed by the gas impermeable film.
Methods of assembling a cigarette package
A packaged assembly of a hermetically sealed container and cigarette, and method of forming the assembly. The container is hermetically sealed for airtight conditions for freshness, whereby an interior space is either filled with an inert gas or is evacuated down to a pressure close to 0 atm to remove substantially all air (oxygen) from within. The container may be clear glass to afford good visibility of the cigarette within an interior space thereof. However, a relatively large label may be affixed to the exterior of the container to occlude most of the light from reaching the cigarette.
Box for preservation under vacuum and vacuum-application system comprising such a box
The invention relates to a box for preservation under vacuum. The box incudes a container and a lid for closing the container. The container includes a body with an internal wall and an external wall, the internal wall delimiting an internal volume of the container, the internal volume being upwardly open when the container is placed on a horizontal surface. The internal wall and external wall are connected together at an edge and define a first cavity between them, the edge having a closed contour. The lid includes a body with a perimeter that has a closed contour and is intended to bear in a sealing manner against the edge of the container when the cover is fitted on the container in a closed configuration of the box. The first cavity opens towards the exterior environment through at least one opening.
Seal integrity indicators for sterilization containers
Indicators for indicating the integrity of a seal of a sterilization container are provided. For example, a seal indicator may indicate whether the container is sufficiently sealed to prevent an ingress of contaminants into the container. If the container is sufficiently sealed, the seal indicator is in one state and displays a first indicium, and if the sterilization container is not sufficiently sealed, the seal indicator is in another state and displays a second indicium. Thus, the seal indicator undergoes a visible change in state when the sterilization container transitions from unsealed to sealed, such that the user may be assured that the container is properly sealed to maintain sterility of the articles post-sterilization. Further, the seal indicator undergoes a visible change in state if the seal is subsequently broken, to signal to the user that the seal and the sterility of the container interior has been compromised.
Packaging for pressure and gas sensitive products
Disclosed are improved devices, systems and methods for storing, protecting and/or dispensing/delivering products that are particularly sensitive to pressure changes, alterations in gas distributions and/or partial pressures, physical impacts, temperature changes and/or other variations in the ambient environment.
Vacuum sealed container for perishable and non-perishable goods
An inventive vacuum storage container for long term storage of perishable and non-perishable items, incorporating a pump, power supply, controller, sensor, top cover, expandable seal, pressure sensor and base plate. The controller activates the pump based on signals from the sensor to maintain a vacuum state within an interior vacuum chamber formed by the top cover, expandable seal, and base plate. The container is configured to effectively maintain vacuum pressure by activating a pump when the lack of vacuum pressure is indicated.
