PACKAGING FOR PRODUCTS OF THE TOBACCO INDUSTRY, AND METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR PRODUCING SAME
A packaging for products of the tobacco industry, wherein the packaging has a box portion and a lid which is pivotably arranged on the box portion by means of a line hinge, and wherein a packaging content is arranged in the box portion, and wherein the packaging has a collar which at least partially surrounds the packaging content at several sides and which protrudes with the packaging content from the box portion which is open at the top. There is provision for walls of the collar to extend from a front side of the box portion up to the region of an opposing rear side of the box portion on which the line hinge is also located. A method and an apparatus for producing such a packaging.
IMPROVED HINGE LID CONTAINER WITH LID FLAP
A hinge lid container (10) for consumer articles comprises a box (12) and a hinge lid (14) connected to the box along a hinge line and pivotable about the hinge line between a closed position and an open position. The hinge lid comprises a first lid wall (16) and a lid flap (18) depending from the first lid wall along an edge fold line, the lid flap being folded inward towards the inner surface of the first lid wall. The container is at least partially formed from a blank having a thickness (T), the laminar blank defining an edge fold portion of the container connecting the first lid wall and the lid flap. The inner surface of the edge fold portion defines an ablation area (A) having a length in the longitudinal direction of the edge fold portion and a width (W) extending transversely to said length.
IMPROVED ROUND CORNER CONTAINER
A container for consumer articles is at least partially formed from a blank defining a portion of the container, which comprises a first and a second planar walls connected to one another by a curved edge portion. An inner surface of the curved edge portion defines an ablation area (A) having a length (L) in the longitudinal direction of the curved edge portion and a width (W) that extends along the curve of the curved edge portion. The ablation area comprises a plurality of pairs of ablation lines, all of which extend in parallel in the longitudinal direction of the curved edge portion. The distance (X) between two ablated zones in each pair as measured along the width (W) of the ablation area is less than the distance (Y) between two adjacent pairs of ablated zones as measured along the width (W) of the ablation area.
IMPROVED BLANK FOR FORMING A CONTAINER WITH NON-SQUARE EDGES
A blank (300) for forming a container for consumer articles comprises panels for forming corresponding walls of the container. First side panels (311) extend from the rear wall panel (312) and second side panels (310) extend from the front wall panel (308). When assembling the container, the first and the second side panels (311, 310) overlap to form at least part of left and right side walls. The first side panels (311) or the second side panels (310) or both are connected to the respective one of the rear wall panel (312) and the front wall panel (308) by modified edge portions (3110). Inner surfaces of the modified edge portions define ablation areas, each comprising one or more ablated zones with a reduced thickness. The blank comprises a pair of flaps (313, 319) extending from the first side panels (311) or the second side panels (310) or both.
Container for smoking articles
A container for smoking articles has an outer housing including a hinged lid rotatable between open and closed positions. An inner package has an access opening through which smoking articles can be removed. The access opening can be covered by a reclosable flap when the hinged lid is in the closed position. With the lid in the closed position, the reclosable flap forms an overlap region with a surface of the inner package that extends around the periphery of the access opening. The overlap region includes a first adhering region to releasably affix the surface of the inner package and the reclosable flap, and a first non-adhering region. The first non-adhering region includes a portion of the periphery of the access opening.
Smoking Articles Box
A smoking articles box for housing a charge of smoking articles includes an outer packaging surrounding a volume for housing the smoking articles, wherein the outer packaging includes a body section and a lid, the lid being hinged on the body section, with an inner packaging arranged at least partially inside the outer packaging and suited for housing the smoking articles, wherein the inner packaging comprises includes an inner packaging body section and an inner packaging lid section. The inner packaging lid section is attached to the inner packaging body section via a first perforation line and a second perforation line, which are separated from each other.
Container For Consumer Goods
A container for consumer goods includes an outer housing including a box portion closable by a lid portion and having front and back walls and two side walls; and an inner frame within the outer housing including a front panel glued to an inner surface of the front wall and two side panels glued to respective side walls; wherein the inner frame includes at least one horizontal cut across part of the front panel and part of one of the side panels, and at least first, second and third folding lines extending vertically and parallel to each other from the at least one horizontal cut to an upper edge of the inner frame for defining at least one foldable portion; and the horizontal cut being positioned, in un-folded condition of the inner frame at or below an upper edge of the front wall of the box portion.
Container For Consumer Goods
A container includes an outer housing including a box portion having a top opening closable by a lid portion, the box portion including front and back walls connected by a bottom wall and two side walls; consumer goods wrapped with an inner liner and arranged within the outer housing; and an inner frame arranged between outer housing and inner liner, wherein the inner frame includes front and side panels and a first vertical crease or perforated line across at least part of the front panel; wherein the inner liner is formed out of an inner liner sheet which includes an L-shaped perforation; and the removable portion defines an access opening through which consumer goods can be taken out, and wherein the perforation of the inner liner extends along the front wall, a first side wall and the back wall of the container.
Container for consumer goods with reclosable flap
A container for consumer goods, such as smoking articles, includes an outer housing with a hinged lid that houses an inner package of consumer goods. The inner package has an access opening through which consumer goods can be removed and that is covered by a reclosable flap, which is attached to a first lid panel that is relatively movable to a second lid panel throughout rotation of the lid between lid open and closed positions. Blanks for forming the outer housing and a method of forming the container are also provided.
Container for consumer goods with reclosable flap
A container for consumer goods, such as smoking articles, has an outer housing with a hinged lid that houses an inner package of consumer goods. The inner package has an access opening through which consumer goods can be removed and that is covered by a reclosable flap attached to a first lid panel that is relatively movable to a second lid panel throughout rotation of the lid between lid open and closed positions. The hinged lid is connected to the reclosable flap that is arranged to cover the access opening. The reclosable flap moves relative to the access opening during movement of the hinged lid. The reclosable flap carries an indicium in a manner such that the indicium is not visible when the lid is in the closed position and such that the indicium becomes visible during movement of the hinged lid from the closed position towards the open position.
