METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING BIODEGRADABLE PILLOW TEA BAGS CONTAINING WHOLE LEAF TEA
A biodegradable whole leaf pillow tea bag is provided, along with a system and method for manufacturing biodegradable whole leaf pillow tea bags. The method for manufacturing the whole leaf pillow tea bags includes the steps of providing a biodegradable infusion substrate having two opposing edge; creating a sleeve from the biodegradable infusion substrate by infusing the two opposing edges of the substrate together and closing the sleeve at its bottom; placing whole leaf tea in the bottom of the sleeve; vertically feeding the sleeve containing the whole leaf tea into a heat sealing machine that will, at predetermined intervals create heat seals across the sleeve to create pillow bags; cutting the pillow bags from one another across the heat seal. In one example, the biodegradable infusion substrate may contain hemp and/or the whole leaf tea may be infused with CBD oil or other supplements. The same method of manufacturing may be used to create a biodegradable pillow bag containing coffee.
WEDGE PRESS FOR USE WITH MAKING HOT OR COLD BEVERAGES AND METHODS OF MAKING AND USING SAME
A beverage making assembly, including an enclosure assembly having first and second ends, wherein the enclosure assembly includes a first and a second plurality of notches and a first and a second set of perforations, a tea sachet assembly substantially located within the enclosure assembly, wherein the tea sachet assembly includes a tea sachet and a string having a first end and a second end, wherein the first end of the string is connected to the tea sachet and the second end of the string extends a predetermined distance outside of the first end of the enclosure assembly, and a beverage container having hot or cold liquid located within the beverage container, wherein the tea sachet and the first end of the string are capable of being located in the hot or cold liquid in order to make a beverage in the beverage container.
BEVERAGE BAG
An Improved Beverage Bag comprising pre-measured pouches of tea or coffee, along with sugar, artificial sweetener, and/or non-dairy creamer, all within honeycomb inspired packaging to provide consumers who enjoy enhanced beverages with a convenient, quick, no-mess means of creating the perfect cup of tea or coffee.
TEA BAG CONFIGURED TO BE SUSPENDED IN A WATER BOTTLE
A tea bag is configured to be inserted within a water bottle. The tea bag includes a long, thin tea containment bag configured to be inserted within the water bottle and be removed from the water bottle after steeping without compressing with an opening of the water bottle tea leaves within the tea containment bag as the bag is removed from the bottle. The tea bag additionally includes a tea bag line useful to suspend the tea containment bag within the water bottle.
Device for manufacturing a pouch accommodated in a wrapping
The present invention relates to a device for manufacturing a pouch containing a brewable material accommodated in a wrapping, comprising a pouch manufacturing device adapted to manufacture a water-permeable pouch containing brewable material, and comprising a sealing station with two sealing jaws movable relative to one another for sealing the pouch in the wrapping placed in a U-shape around the pouch, wherein the sealing jaws are configured to form longitudinal seals (L) lying opposite one another and a transverse seal (Q) extending transversely thereto on the wrapping, wherein at least one sealing jaw comprises first and second sealing jaw elements each configured to form one of the longitudinal seals (L) and a segment of the transverse seal (Q).
DEVICE AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING A BAG RECEIVED IN AN ENVELOPE
The present invention relates to a device and a method for manufacturing a bag received in an envelope and containing a brewable material with a bag manufacturing means which is configured to manufacture a bag containing brewable material, and with a sealing station with a sealing jaw element and a counter-jaw element which act on the envelope from opposite sides to seal in the bag. The device is further developed for a reliable and safe manufacture of the packing unit consisting of a bag and an envelope by the sealing jaw element being fixed to a sealing jaw swivel arm at which a sealing jaw connecting rod is applied, and the counter-jaw element being fixed to a counter-jaw swivel arm at which a counter-jaw connecting rod is applied, and by the sealing jaw connecting rod and the counter-jaw connecting rod being each eccentrically connected to a common drive shaft of a servomotor. In the method according to the invention, the contact force between the sealing jaw element and the counter-jaw element is controlled via the torque of the servomotor actuating the sealing jaw element and/or the counter-jaw element.
Package for a beverage preparation
A package containing solid raw material for a beverage, wherein the raw material is packed in a water permeable filter bag (1) and the filter bag is packed in an openable protective package (2) enclosing the bag and having a front wall (2d) and a rear wall (2e) which are connected at their both vertical edges. The protective package (2) can be opened by forming an opening between the front wall and the rear wall. Both the front wall (2d) and the rear wall (2e) end at their respective supporting edges (2a, 2b) at the bottom, and said supporting edges can be brought apart to form a bottom structure to keep the bag upright. At least between the supporting edges, the package material forms a bottom that is liquid tight throughout.
Biodegradable Tea and Coffee Wrapper and Tag
A tea and coffee bag wrapper and tag is shown with improved properties than current state of the art wrappers and tags. The novel tea bag and coffee bag tags and wrappers are non-GMO and fully compostable in about 30 days. Unlike other tags and wrappers that can remain in a compost for years, the present tags and wrappers completely biodegrade within 30 days. In one aspect, a PLA mono-component fiber is utilized at a specific blend ratio of L and D PLA structure. The manufacture of the same is also disclosed.
