Various aspect of the present disclosure relate to a sealed storage tank. The first film includes a first polymeric layer having a thickness in a range of from about 0.05 mm to about 1 mm. The first film can include an optional first fibrous scrim layer directly contacting the first polymeric layer. The sealed storage tank can further include a second film attached to the first film and at least partially defining a second internal chamber of the sealed storage tank, the second film comprising. The second film can further include a second polymeric layer having a thickness in a range of from about 0.05 mm to about 1 mm. The second film can include an optional second fibrous scrim layer directly contacting the second polymeric layer.

The flexible floating reservoir is adaptable to environmental body waves, such as sea waves. A method for operating the flexible floating reservoir and an underwater energy storage system that uses the flexible floating reservoir are also provided.

This invention relates to inner-plies for bulk-bags that surprisingly offer not only high thermal resistance, but also high flex-crack resistance. This invention also relates to such bulk-bags made for packaging of flowable materials, aseptic or otherwise, and the process for improving their flex-crack and thermal resistance. Preferably, the packaging is aseptic. More specifically, the inner-ply of the invention comprises a resin blend comprising the Exceed® XP resin; an LDPE resin or an ethylene—α-olefin copolymer (EAO copolymer); or a blend of said LDPE resin and said EAO copolymer, with flex-crack resistance improved in both machine direction and transverse direction, in conjunction with an improved thermal resistance. Thus, in addition to possessing good flex-crack resistance, the bulk-bags can withstand steam sterilization and/or aseptic packaging conditions.

A method of quick and easy diaper management by providing a collar ring on the upper rim of a garbage bag, such that the collar ring snugly fits over a diaper pail. Further, the garbage bag has attachments points on its body portion so the body portion can be anchored to the diaper pail. The ring collar has receiving structures such as a notch so that a user may seal tie the garbage bag by simply twisting its neck and then insert the twisted neck into the receiving structure on the collar.

A flexible tank is used to transport liquids or semi-liquid material in a shipping container on a railroad car. It has an inner tank and at least one end closure with alternating interlaced hollow loops from two separate exterior layers. A nylon rope or similar securing element is passed through the hollow loops to use the exterior layers in an end closure to constrain the inner tank. An end flap may be welded to an exterior layer and positioned between the inner tank and the end closure. The hollow loops may be formed by folding over the exterior layers and cutting out complementary portions so the loops are in an alternating interlaced pattern. Capacity bands located around the periphery of the flexible tank suppress expansion of the flexible tank at their respective locations.

An exterior cover of a generally rectangular flexible tank for a 40 foot shipping container has longitudinal seams along the long sides of the flexible tank rather than at the ends. The exterior cover is air-tight and contains holes near the ends of the flexible tank. The exterior cover is made of a flexible vinyl material that is optimized for the flexitank. The flexible vinyl material consists of an inner scrim core of woven fibers coated with melted PVC which goes through the holes between the woven fibers.
