ENGINEERED BAG AND METHODS OF EXTRACTION USING THE SAME
Aspects herein are directed to an engineered bag for use with extractions of bulk materials such as hemp and cannabis vegetation. The engineered bag includes a closure device that may be secured to adjustably limits a bottom opening of the engineered bag and that may be released to discharge a bulk material through the bottom opening of the engineered bag.
Flexible container liner wringing device and liner
A liner L has a liner body (11) with a front wall (12), rear wall (16), bottom wall (13), a top wall (14). The top wall also includes a tubular excess liner material or chute (19) located close to the rear wall and which includes a filling fitment (20) with a fitment cap (21). The liner also has a cylindrical, hose content inlet/outlet port or bottom fitment (23). The liner may include a gap-filler or filler strip (70) of foam material extending outwardly from a position closely adjacent the outlet fitment. The filler strip is mounted to the front wall directly over and closely adjacent the outlet fitment. The filler strip may taper so that at least a majority of the strip's longitudinal length or height so as to increase in its lateral width as it approaches the outlet fitment, thereby increasing the material volume of strip material.
Packaging System for Storing Agricultural Biomass
A flexible packaging system for containing, storing, preserving, and transporting agricultural biomass, such as cannabis or hemp, including an outer shell and an inner liner nested within the outer shell. The inner liner is made of a liquid and gas impermeable material, in which the inner liner defines an interior space and includes a fillable opening through which the biomass is loaded and also includes a two-way sealable spring valve, which allows the controlled passage of gases into and/or out of the interior space, allowing the biomass contained therein to be surrounded only by inert gas, such as nitrogen for up to several months. Containing biomass within the disclosed flexible packaging system maintains the moisture content of the biomass and also prevents the cannabinoid levels from degrading over time.

End-closure for a flexible tank
A flexible tank has one or more inner layers and one or more outer layers enclosing the inner layers. It has an improved structure to prevent leakage and rupture when making a long multi-modal shipment of large quantities of a liquid, including when the flexible tank is not supported by the end or side walls of a shipping container.

Bag material and crushed stone placement method using bag material
A bag material has a tubular shape and can be folded back at an intermediate position in a longitudinal direction. Crushed stones can be stored in a folded part of the back material. An opening on one side of the bag material can be moved to a position close to an opening on the other side of the bag material. A one-side closing rope that closes the opening on the one side of the bag material is provided near this opening. An other-side closing rope that closes the opening on the other side of the bag material is provided near this opening. The other of the one-side closing rope and the other-side closing ropes can be released with the opening closed by one closing rope.
METHOD FOR PRODUCTION OF BAGS FOR THE TRANSPORT AND STORAGE OF BULK GOODS OR LIQUIDS, AND BAG OBTAINED ACCORDING TO THE METHOD
The present invention relates to a method for production of bags for the transport and storage of bulk goods or liquids, wherein use is made of tubular fabric cut into several pieces, which are then assembled together, comprising including the steps of: providing a tubular fabric; flattening the tubular fabric to form a first double-thickness fabric having two opposite sides, respectively an internal side and an external side, extending between two flattened edges; folding-in or pleating at least one of the flattened edges of the double-thickness fabric to form a gusset; cutting the tubular fabric into pieces and assembling the pieces to form a bag;
wherein the assembly of two of the pieces includes the steps of: assembling the first and second pieces by means of seams formed around or near first to fourth gusset ends.
FLEXIBLE INTERMEDIATE BULK CONTAINER WITH COLLECTION SKIRT
A collection assembly (10, 10a) for flowable materials includes a central, flexible bag (12, 12a) with a collection skirt (14, 14a) secured to the bag (12, 12a) and extending outwardly from the open top (20, 20a) of the bag (12, 12a). In use, the assembly (10, 10a) is placed at a collection site with the bag (12, 12a) in a collapsed condition and the skirt (14, 14a) is deployed about the bag (12, 12a). Material (36) is then placed on the assembly (10, 10a) over the open top (20, 20a) and, as necessary, the skirt (14, 14a). The skirt is then elevated using marginal gathering apparatus (16, 16a), thereby causing the material (36) to flow into the bag (12, 12a). The skirt (14, 14a) may then be gathered and closed, forming a duffel closure for the assembly (10, 10a).
MATERIAL FEEDING BAG
The present disclosure provides a material feeding bag which comprises an inner bag. The inner bag has: an inner bag upper port portion, an inner bag main receiving portion and an inner bag lower port portion. The inner bag upper port portion has an upper port; the inner bag main receiving portion is connected to a lower end of the inner bag upper port portion along an axial direction; the inner bag lower port portion is connected to a lower end of the inner bag main receiving portion along the axial direction and has a lower port for controllable communication with an external hopper entrance. It doe not need to shear the material feeding bag by a scissors when materials is fed, so that it avoids generation of metal debris, and the mating and feeding material operation is fast and simple, and the working environment for an operator is improved.
