20230002149 · 2023-01-05 ·

The invention relates to inner covering for containers, the objective of which is to reduce the impact of temperatures on the inside thereof and to protect against the moisture known as “container rain”. The covering is formed by a rectangular prismatic case (1) in the horizontal position, made from a laminated composite having several layers, with two smaller bases and a series of bars (4) arranged in fixing elements (3) corresponding to two or more edges of the smaller bases, characterized in that the bars (4) are formed by elements that can be inserted into one another.

Hybrid cargo container systems

In an example, a hybrid cargo container system for use with ground transportation vehicles and air transportation vehicles is disclosed. The cargo container system includes a chamfered container body comprising a plurality of sidewalls defining a storage chamber, the plurality of sidewalls comprising a first sidewall, a second sidewall, and a chamfer sidewall attached to the first and second sidewalls. The cargo container system also includes a corner support assembly operably coupled to the chamfered container body. The corner support assembly is operable between a stowed position and a deployed position. Based on the corner support assembly being in the deployed position, the corner support assembly is configured to at least partially support another container stacked thereon for ground transportation, and based on the corner support assembly being in the stowed position, the cargo container system is configured to be stored in a fuselage of an aircraft for air transportation.

A hollow container or box formed from a roof, a first side (i.e., or first upper and lower sides), a second side (i.e., for second upper and lower sides), a rear side (i.e., or rear upper and lower sides), a door (i.e., or upper and lower door), and a base placing the container or box in a fully assembled position. Unique side and end access doors are provided. Each of the sides are releasably coupled or hingedly connected to one another and the adjacent sides are hingedly coupled to the base. Upon releasing the sides from one another and rotating each relative to one another in a particular order along various axis rotation, the container or box is transitioned from a fully assembled position into a flat, parallel orientation, fully collapsed position.

Cargo systems for use with vehicles, such as autonomous delivery vehicles

Systems and methods for delivering a requested payload using an autonomous delivery vehicle are described herein. In some embodiments, a cargo system for use with an autonomous delivery vehicle can include a frame defining a cargo space having an opening. A plurality of partitions can be positioned within the cargo space and configured to divide the cargo space into compartments. In some embodiments, the partitions are movable so that the cargo space can be divided into efficiently-sized compartments based on, for example, size characteristics of the payload. The cargo system can further include an access system configured to selectively define an aperture over the opening of the cargo space. The access system can vary the size and position of the aperture to provide access to only a selected one of the compartments regardless of the size and/or position of the selected compartment.
