Conveyor with shock-absorbing boom
A shock-absorbing conveyor boom includes a proximal portion and a distal portion, hingedly connected to the proximal portion, the proximal and distal portions supporting a laterally flexible endless conveyor belt. The distal portion is pivotal in a generally horizontal plane, and is biased toward longitudinal alignment with the proximal portion, whereby physical shock applied to the distal portion can be absorbed by lateral deflection of the distal portion.
Paddle conveyor system
A paddle conveyor system for efficiently removing tare, dirt, small particles, and other debris from large bulky products such as sugar beets. The paddle conveyor generally includes a first pulley including a first side and a second side and a second pulley including a first side and a second side. A first linkage is connected between the first side of the first pulley and the first side of the second pulley and a second linkage is connected between the second side of the first pulley and the second side of the second pulley. A plurality of paddles is each connected between the first linkage and the second linkage such that the plurality of paddles forms a loop for conveying a material towards the second pulley. Each of the paddles includes one or more slots through which debris from the material may fall.
Perforated screen conversion kit
A wastewater filter conversion kit for replacing filter elements connected to a shaft includes first and second conveyor segments. Each conveyor segment includes a perforated panel. At least one first tube is secured to a first end of the panel. At least one second tube is secured to a second end of the panel. The least one first tube on the first conveyor segment and the at least one second tube on the second conveyor segment are aligned along a common centerline for receiving the shaft to replace the filter elements on the shaft.

Conveyor Belt and Device for Locking a Rod to a Link of Such a Conveyor Belt
Provided is a conveyor belt including at least two parallel chains each including a plurality of consecutive links; and a plurality of rods extending between the at least two parallel chains for linking the consecutive links. Each rod extends with each end through the corresponding chain linking two consecutive links to each other. One of the two consecutive links is at least axially locked to the rod to avoid movement of the link relative to the rod. The other of the two consecutive links is rotatably arranged around the respective rod. Also provided is at least one device for providing the lock between a rod and a respective link of the conveyor belt. The device includes a body; an insertion hole in which an end of the rod is inserted along an insertion axis, which insertion hole is arranged in the body and a protrusion arranged to the body and extending from the body parallel to and at a distance of the insertion axis; fixing means for fixing the end of the rod in the hole in at least axial direction and preferably also in rotational direction. The respective link is provided with a locking opening through which the protrusion extends.
Conveyor belt and endless fryer system
A flying system for flying a food product is disclosed having an endless conveyor system for cooking product in a bath of hot cooking oil. An upper conveyor belt of the conveyor system includes a plurality of protrusions on the surface that retains the food items with a lower conveyor belt. The protrusions may be formed by bars or rods that may be integrally formed with a fluid pervious surface forming the belt. Also, a process of cooking food items with an endless conveyor system.
Roller transmission for mesh traction
The present invention refers to a conveyor belt comprising a drive roller with a constant section cylinder and conical tip teeth, a mesh type drive belt, wherein said holes coincide with the teeth of the drive roller and a sliding plate, the drive belt being supported on the sliding plate. Wherein coupling between the drive belt and the teeth allows reducing longitudinal and transversal strain of the mesh type drive belt.
Direct edge drive conveyor belt
A conveyor belt having a plurality of spaced tractive rods including opposing inner and outer ends, and a support surface transversely disposed with respect to a direction of travel and interconnecting the plurality of spaced tractive rods, wherein at least one of the inner and outer ends of at least some of the plurality of spaced tractive rods includes a cone shaped end portion.
