CROSS BELT SORTING TROLLEY
A cross belt sorting trolley is provided, including an upper conveying unit and a lower frame. A folding plate is horizontally mounted on a side of each side plate. A first bending connecting plate or a second bending connecting plate is vertically connected to the side of each side plate. The folding plate is an integral horizontal plate-like component. A plurality of uniform circular arc-shaped sections are arranged on an outer side edge of the folding plate. The plurality of uniform circular arc-shaped sections of folding plates on both sides of the cross belt sorting trolley engage with each other. A plurality of folding plate fixing plates are mounted on a side portion of each side plate. The plurality of folding plate fixing plates are provided with bending portions. Side portions of the plurality of folding plate fixing plates are fixedly connected to side plates.
APPARATUS, SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR LIFTING A CONVEYOR BELT
An apparatus (10) adapted to lift a conveyor belt (12) relative to a supporting structure (14). The apparatus (10) includes a cradle (16) adapted to support the conveyor belt (12), a base arrangement (17) adapted to locate with the supporting structure (14) and a lifting mechanism (20) operatively coupled between the base arrangement (17) and the cradle (16) so that the conveyor belt is elevatable in a supported condition. The apparatus including a load sensor arrangement (22) configured to measure a load carried by the apparatus associated with lifting the belt. A system (100) including the apparatus (10) and method are also disclosed

Conveying device
A conveying device includes a quick fastener that connects a profiled element to a machine frame's base support and that supports a sliding strip on which a conveying element slides as it circulates around deflection elements to form a loop and conveys goods along a transport direction.

CONNECTING DEVICE FOR ASSEMBLING A HOLDER FOR COMPONENTS OF A CONVEYOR DEVICE, AND CONVEYOR DEVICE FOR TRANSPORTING UNIT LOADS
A connecting device for fastening holders, in particular lateral guide holders, to a frame profile of a conveying device for transporting unit loads includes, on one side, a linking arrangement and, on the other side, a mounting limb, wherein the linking arrangement is arranged on the holder and the mounting limb is arranged on the frame profile. For fastening the linking arrangement to the frame profile, the linking arrangement has a connecting element and a locking element, wherein the connecting element is insertable into a first hole on the mounting limb, wherein a rotation axis is defined about which the linking arrangement can be rotated until the locking element latches in a second hole on the mounting limb and locks the connecting device.
ADJUSTABLE CURVED TUNNEL CONVEYOR SYSTEM
Apparatus and method that allows a conveyor belt operator to manually adjust a moving conveyor belt pitch around a curve in a confined space such as a tunnel, while also automatically adjusting skew to restore conveyor belt drift. The apparatus includes a rail pair between which a set of trough rollers, and a lower elevated return roller set, are adjustably mounted. The trough roller set is releasably and adjustably secured to brackets that can slide along a respective rail while the return rollers are also releasably coupled to respective sliding brackets on respective rails. Couplings are used to adjustably secure the trough roller set, and return roller set, to respective brackets by either selecting different bracket elevation attachment points and/or by changing couplings' length. A second set of trough rollers can also be slidably/adjustably mounted on the rails with the return rollers being located between the two trough roller sets.
Tensioning device for an endless belt conveyor
A transfer tail assembly for use with a conveyor assembly that adjust the tension in the conveyor belt. The transfer tail assembly includes a pair of adjustment brackets that are each movable along a conveyor axis and support an end roller. The movement of the adjustment brackets and the end roller adjust the tension in the conveyor belt. A spiral cam is positioned such that rotation of the spiral cam causes movement of the end roller along the conveyor axis. A drive pin of the adjustment bracket moves along a spiral cam contact surface. The end roller is pivotable relative to the conveyor frame to release tension on the conveyor belt. The final position of the end roller can be adjusted using a pivot limiting bar.
