ADJUSTABLE CURVED TUNNEL CONVEYOR SYSTEM
Apparatus and method that allows a conveyor belt operator to manually adjust a moving conveyor belt pitch around a curve in a confined space such as a tunnel, while also automatically adjusting skew to restore conveyor belt drift. The apparatus includes a rail pair between which a set of trough rollers, and a lower elevated return roller set, are adjustably mounted. The trough roller set is releasably and adjustably secured to brackets that can slide along a respective rail while the return rollers are also releasably coupled to respective sliding brackets on respective rails. Couplings are used to adjustably secure the trough roller set, and return roller set, to respective brackets by either selecting different bracket elevation attachment points and/or by changing couplings' length. A second set of trough rollers can also be slidably/adjustably mounted on the rails with the return rollers being located between the two trough roller sets.
Trailing sandwich conveyor system for continuous mining machines along a high-angle tunnel
A continuous mining machine trailing conveyor system providing a sandwich belt system that incorporates a set of hugging modalities to ensure that the sandwich belt system provides sufficient friction.
FLEXIBLE-BELT CONVEYOR AND METHODS OF CONVEYING
A trough-belt conveyor with adjustable bearing support wings and methods for operating the conveyor to sort or destack articles. The conveyor includes a flexible conveyor belt supported in a series of support beds. Adjustable support beds have a base bearing member flanked by a pair of bearing wings. One or both of the wings are adjustable to raise or lower the sides of the belt above and below the plane of the center of the belt supported atop the base member.
Roller assembly for a conveyor belt
The assembly of the disclosure includes two inclined side rollers and two central rollers, each one of the rollers being mounted around a respective shaft. The shaft of each side roller has an upper end hinged to a respective support portion arranged on one side of the conveyor belt, the shaft of each central roller having ends mounted on opposite sides of a rocker frame. Each one of the opposite sides of the frame has a median portion hinged, in an suspended way, at the lower end of the shaft of a respective side roller.
Trailing sandwich conveyor system for continuous mining machines along a high-angle tunnel
A continuous mining machine trailing conveyor system providing a sandwich belt system that incorporates a set of hugging modalities to ensure that the sandwich belt system provides sufficient friction.
Enclosed conveyor
This invention refers to an enclosed conveyor (10) of bulk material (100) comprising an enclosure (20) and provided within said enclosure (20) with a conveyor belt (30) arranged over a set of rollers (40). More particularly, the invention relates to an enclosure (20) capable of improving the manufacturing process of the enclosed conveyor (10). The enclosed conveyor (10) comprises an enclosure (20) formed by a first side wall (21) and a second side wall (22) arranged over a bottom plate (23) and provided with a cover (24) disposed over said side walls (21, 22). The enclosed conveyor (10) comprises at least one set of rollers (40) comprising a first inclined roller (41) mounted on the first side wall (21) and a second inclined roller (42) mounted on the second side wall (22), and a conveyor belt (30) arranged over the set of rollers (40). According to the invention, each side wall (21, 22) comprises a respective vertical section (211, 221) arranged over the bottom plate (23) and a respective support section (212, 222) inclined inwardly of the enclosure (20), each support section (212, 222) being inclined along an entire longitudinal extension of the respective side wall (21, 22), the first inclined roller (41) being mounted on at least part of the support section (212) of the first side wall (21) and the second inclined roller (42) being mounted in at least part of the support section (222) of the second side wall (22). Thus, with the support sections (212, 222) inclined across all the longitudinal extension of the side walls (21, 22), the manufacturing process of the enclosed conveyor (10) becomes easier and cheaper when compared to the manufacture of a conventional enclosed conveyor.
Discarding rail for unloading material from a continuously moving conveyor belt
A discarding rail system for unloading waste material on a conveyor belt in continuous motion and method for using said system are disclosed. According to some embodiments, the system includes (1) an upper assembly for support the underside of a conveyor belt, (2) a actuation mechanism for inclining the upper assembly so that the conveyor belt is pivoted to one side, creating a gradient causing content on the conveyor belt to roll of the side of the conveyor belt, and (3) a set of retaining devices positioned on the side of the conveyor belt to hold conveyor belt in place as the conveyor belt is pivoted.
BELT CONVEYOR STAND SYSTEM WITH EASY MAINTENANCE
A belt conveyor stand system includes: first inclined stand unit having two triangular inclined stands that is installed at regular intervals on bottom of transporting conveyor belt, perpendicularly attaches impact bars on one side of rear surface and opposite side separated by specific distance from one side, and maintains inclination angle from inner side to outer side; second inclined stand unit having two inclined stands that is separated at regular intervals while facing the first inclined stand unit and is attached to base stand unit; base stand unit having two base stands attached to face the first and the second inclined stand units; first roller unit attached to side of base stand on one side of the base stand unit; second roller unit attached horizontally on side of base stand on opposite side of the base stand unit; and impact bars installed on the first and second inclined stand units.
