Running track and carrier for diagnostic system of carrier rollers on conveyors
The invention relates to idler diagnosis systems on conveyors, comprising a rail system as a track for suitable running gears and the running gear, the rail system being formed from a closed profile or tube. The rail system comprises a multi-part track holder arranged on the belt frame, a fixing rod and a running rail, the track holder being suitable for accommodating the running rail at at least one end by insertion, thus creating a track without cross-section differences. The running gear has at least one two-roller system as a guide and drive system, and at least one chassis that accommodates and connects the two roller systems and has connection options for sensor-system carriers and/or energy control module. The guide system encloses the track so only one movement (forwards/backwards) along the track is provided. The drive system moves the chassis and all the connected systems with respect to the track.

Roller tracks with removable roller support bars, cable dividers and living hinges
A roller track includes a base, parallel guides, roller support bars placed into their respective guides, and a plurality of rollers removably disposed between the roller support bars. The roller support bars preferably are removably secured to the base via the respective guides which are affixed to the base. The base also can be provided with connecting elements sidewalls thereof such that a plurality of bases of roller tracks can be connected laterally to accommodate any width of shelf or display planogram. Thus, the roller tracks can be used either separately roller tracks or as a continuous mat (i.e. a plurality of roller tracks affixed to adjacent roller tracks). Additionally, dividers can be removably affixed to each roller track via securing members comprising an upper body portion formed via a living hinge and at least one lower connector that removably connects the securing member to the roller track.

METHOD AND DEVICE FOR SEPARATING SAWN TIMBER PACKS INTO MAIN YIELD AND SIDE CUTTINGS
In a method for separating a sawn timber pack obtained from one trunk into main yield and side cuttings using a separating conveyor, the sawn timber pack is conveyed in a longitudinal direction via an underside transport device of the separating conveyor. While the single- or multi-piece main yield is supported by the transport device, one or more side boards are separated transverse to the conveying direction using gravitational force and/or external forces, whereby lateral retaining elements are briefly opened for release. In order to be able to process trunks with as large a diameter range as possible, the side boards located on opposing sides of the sawn wood pack are separated in two successive separating stages, whereby the lateral retaining elements of the separating conveyor are opened on one side on a respective release side in the successive separating stages.

Adjustable conveyor belt guiderail and related methods
An apparatus for guiding products along a conveyor in a conveying direction. The apparatus includes a first guiderail for at least partially forming a conveying path for articles on the conveyor. A guiderail adjuster includes a flexible or collapsible support, which make take the form of a linkage, and which provides support for the first guiderail along the conveyor. The flexible or collapsible support is adapted for being extended and retracted along a support rail extending in the conveying direction to selectively position the first guiderail relative to the conveyor, and thereby alter (increase or decrease) the width of the conveying path. Related methods are also disclosed.
