Fluidization of agglomerated solder microspheres
An apparatus includes a hopper configured to receive a plurality of solder microspheres, and a moveable singulation device positioned proximate to and below the hopper. The moveable singulation device is configured to receive the plurality of solder microspheres from the hopper as the plurality of microspheres exit the hopper. The movable singulation device includes a plurality of holes, with each of the plurality of holes configured to receive a single solder microsphere of the plurality of solder micro spheres. The apparatus further includes a piezoelectric vibration device configured to provide ultrasonic vibrations to the singulation device, thereby preventing agglomeration of the plurality of solder microspheres in the hopper.
Automated item sortation and container handling systems
Systems, methods, and computer-readable media are disclosed for automated item sortation and container handling. In one embodiment, an example method may include determining, by a controller, a first item identifier of a first item at an induction portion of a sortation system, determining an order identifier associated with the first item identifier, and determining a first container associated with the order identifier. The method may include causing a first mobile carrier unit to receive the item, and causing the first mobile carrier unit to deliver the first item to the first container.

Supply device, retrofit kit for a vibration feeder as well as a manufacturing method and an operation method for the supply device
A supply device with which elements in disordered form, in particular connection elements as bulk elements, are suppliable to a second receiving volume. The supply device includes a first receiving container from which, via an outlet opening, a plurality of elements is deliverable to a second receiving container. The second receiving container may consist of an oscillation feeder. The oscillation energy of the oscillation feeder is specifically transmitted onto the elements, which are stored in the first receiving container. With the help of the transmitted oscillations, elements are transferred from the first receiving container via a transfer zone from the first receiving container into the second receiving container.

Diversion assembly
A diversion assembly for use with a feed material. The diversion assembly includes a plurality of movable gate chutes, a first conveyor, and a second conveyor. The plurality of movable gate chutes are each positionable in a retracted position and an extended position. The first conveyor is configured to carry, for each of any of the plurality of movable gate chutes in the retracted position, a first portion of the feed material to a first area. The second conveyor is configured to carry, for each of any of the plurality of movable gate chutes in the extended position, a second portion of the feed material to a second area. The second area is spaced apart from the first area.

Device for Depositing Poultry to a Poultry Conveyer
A depositing device for depositing poultry from a pile of one or more stacked crates to a poultry conveyor. A tilting unit is configured for tilting the pile of one or more stacked crates around a tilt axis between a receiving position and a depositing position. A chute is tiltable between the receiving position and the depositing position independently to the tilting unit.
