Stacking storage arrangement
A stacking storage arrangement having multiple container receiving spaces that are arranged in multiple rows and columns, wherein a loading space in which at least one loading vehicle can be moved is arranged below the container receiving spaces. The operation of a stacking storage arrangement of this type is configured to be economical. For this purpose, a transverse transport device is provided with which the loading vehicle can be moved between positions that are respectively assigned to a row.
CARTON LIDDING AND STACKING APPARATUS AND PROCESS
A process of manipulating a closable carton with lid panels extending from walls of the carton and tabs received in slots formed in the lid panels to secure the lid panels to close the carton. The process has a step of moving a folding element transverse to each wall from which a lid extends to move the one or more lids into a position which closes the carton. The process has a step of lifting the closed carton past a non-return support and into engagement with another carton to provide a stack of closed cartons supported by the non-return support. The process has a step of the support then releasing a stack of closed cartons to a conveyor.
Bottle tray and storage station
A storage station, a process for storing, and a bottle tray (5) configured for receiving a bottle layer (7) are provided. The bottle tray has an upright side wall (12), with an upper tray opening (13) and a tray bottom (15) connected to the side wall (12). The bottle tray (5) has a movable lifting bottom (18) that lies in the loaded state (5) on the tray bottom (15) and which has a plurality of passage openings (16) for a lifting device (34) for a relative lift between the side wall (12) and the lifting bottom (18). The tray bottom (15) has a perforated plate or a plurality of struts (17) located spaced apart and enclosing the passage openings (16). The struts are fastened to the side wall (12). The bottle tray (5) has a bottom centering (19) acting between the tray bottom (15) and the lifting bottom (18).
ROW-FORMING DEVICE, ROW-FORMING METHODS AND BOTTLE HANDLING INSTALLATION
A row-forming device (10) together with processes form a bottle row (8) from a bottle layer (7). The row-forming device (10) is configured to pick up and transport away, in rows, the respectively frontmost layer row (61) of the bottle layer (7) moved in a conveying direction (60), in a transverse transport direction (72). One or more layer conveyors (59) moves the bottle row (7) in a conveying direction (60) and adjoins the transport device (62), which has a plurality of parallel conveyor belts (63, 66) that extend in the transport direction (72) and are driven independently and also exhibit mutually different transport speeds. The transport device (62) has a guide strip (68) oriented obliquely to the transport direction (72). The guide strip (68) extends over a part of the conveyor belts (63, 66) and is arranged downstream of the layer conveyor (59) in the transport direction (72).
System or method for stacking containers
Systems, methods, and machine-executable coded instruction sets are disclosed for fully- and/or partly automated handling of goods. For example, the disclosure provides improvements in storage and retrieval of containers in systems such as order processing systems.
A TRANSPORTATION SYSTEM
A transportation system for stacking/carrying of containers including a panel, which has a stacking unit positioned on the panel and including a first body in which the containers are stacked; a transport element for transferring the container onto the panel by means of a first displacing member and including a base on which the container is placed; a second displacing member for transferring the container positioned on the base into the first body; a gripping arm that holds the transferred container; a third displacing member that moves the gripping arm; and a locking arm which has a flexible member that holds the container; a transport unit positioned on the panel; a displacing mechanism; a transport arm which is associated with the movable plate and which lifts the containers; and a support shaft having a fixing arm.
Container stacking storage system loading trolley having first and second lift drives
A container stacking storage system loading trolley that includes a chassis and a container seat that is height-adjustable relative to the chassis. The container seat includes a receiving region with a container contact surface. A lifting device, operable in a lifting direction, is arranged between the chassis and the container seat, and includes a first lifting drive and a second lifting drive. The second lifting drive is configured to act on an unlocking device that is configured to act on holding elements of a container stacking storage system.
HOLDING DEVICE AND STORAGE SYSTEM FOR CONTAINER STACKS
The invention relates to a holding device (1) for a container stack (200) which is stored and removed from below and to a storage system (100) for container stacks (200) which are stored and removed from below. The holding device (1) for a container stack (200) which is stored and removed from below has a holding hook (2) which comprises a support arm (3) that can be pivoted about a pivot axis (5) between a holding position for holding a container stack (200) and a removal position for removing a container (201) of the container stack (200). The holding device also has a trigger arm (4) which is rotationally fixed relative to the support arm (3). An instability balancing position is provided between the holding position and the removal position. The holding device (1) further comprises a restoring element (7) which is designed to push the support arm (3) to the holding position or to push the support arm (3) to the removal position when the support arm (3) is being pivoted.
Pallet stacking machine
The pallet stacking machine comprises a pallet housing, a pallet lifter, a control unit, and operator controls. The pallet stacking machine may be operable to lift a pallet stack so that an individual pallet may be added to the bottom of the pallet stack. The pallet stacking machine may be operable to lift a subset of the pallet stack that excludes a bottom pallet so that the bottom pallet may be removed from the pallet stack. The individual pallets comprising the pallet stack may be of one or more sizes, shapes, forms, and materials. As non-limiting examples, the individual pallets comprising the pallet stack may comprise mixed dimensions such as 48 inch×48 inch pallets and 40 inch by 48 inch pallets, may comprise a mix of two-way entry pallets and four-way entry pallets, and may comprise a mix of pallet materials.
STORAGE SYSTEM, BASE, CONTROL DEVICE, PROGRAM, AND TRANSPORT ROBOT
The storage system includes a base that supports a container for accommodating articles and a transport robot for transporting the container. The transport robot has a load unit that can load the container and a lift unit for moving the load unit in the vertical direction. The transport robot has a switch unit for switching between a state in which the base restricts the vertical movement of the container and a state in which the base does not restrict the vertical movement of the container. When the storage system increases the number of containers supported by the base, the lift unit moves the container to be stored from a position below the support position on the base to the support position in a state in which the base does not restrict the vertical movement of the container. After the container to be stored reaches the support position, the switch unit switches from a state in which the base does not restrict the vertical movement of the container to a state in which the base restricts the vertical movement of the container.
