SINGLING UNIT FOR ARTICLES STACKED IN A NESTED CONFIGURATION
A singling unit for articles stacked in a nested configuration includes at least two stacks of articles stacked in a nested configuration, an extractor group to extract single articles from each stack, and a conveyor to receive the articles singled by the extractor group and to transport them along an advance direction arranged in at least one row substantially parallel to the advance direction. The extractor group is configured to deposit on the conveyor the articles extracted from the stacks in a number of rows smaller than the number of the stacks.
DESTACKER FOR TRAYS
A destacking device comprising at least two destacking screws for singulating and destacking trays from a tray stack. Each destacking screw comprises a helix that may be a helical recess in an outer surface of the screw. The two destacking screws may have an identical direction of rotation. In one embodiment, the helix of each of the at least two destacking screws may grip and guide a respective side of a tray flange of the tray at a first contact point at the outer edge of the helix's upper side, and a second contact point at the outer edge of the helix's lower side. The destacking device may include guiding devices positioned on opposing the non-gripped and/or the gripped sides of the tray to guide the path of the tray in a vertical direction.
Nestable container with uniform stacking features
Various embodiments of flanged containers that can be stacked in a nested relationship are disclosed so as to provide uniform spacing between the containers to facilitate reliable denesting thereof. The flanges and/or sidewalls of the containers may be provided with features that facilitate alignment and uniform spacing of the nested containers so that a denesting apparatus can reliably denest the containers. Other containers include sidewalls divided into two sections that serve to stabilize stacked container.
DECORATOR ASSEMBLY
A decorator assembly includes a cup holder assembly, a cup transfer assembly, and a decorator mandrel turret assembly. The cup holder assembly is structured to hold a number of cups in a nested, bottom leading configuration. The cup transfer assembly is structured to move cups from said cup holder assembly to a decorator mandrel turret assembly. The decorator mandrel turret assembly is structured to rotatably support a number of cups.
Apparatus and method for separating individual bowls from a stack of bowls
An apparatus is provided for separating individual bowls from a stack of bowls for receiving foodstuffs. The apparatus includes a machine frame for fixing components of the apparatus, a holding device for holding the stack, a separating device for separating individual bowls from the stack, having a separating element, and a drive device. The holding device has at least one bottom carrier element that is mounted in the region of a bottom of a lowermost bowl of the stack moveably by the device such that it temporarily carries the bowl from below and can be moved away from the region of the bottom of the lowermost bowl so that the lowermost bowl can be separated from the stack in a downward direction while the stack remains in the holding device. In addition, a corresponding method is provided of separating a bowl from a stack of bowls for receiving foodstuffs.
APPARATUS FOR AUTOMATIC SEPARATION OF STACKED, NESTED CONTAINERS
The invention relates to a container separator apparatus for automatically separating stacked rimmed containers. The container separator apparatus utilizes at least one spindle comprising a rotation cylinder, a screw-toothed cylinder, and a semi-circular wedge that are arranged to operate synchronously as the spindle rotates. The stacked rimmed containers can be placed in a rack, which can be inverted and placed against the rotation cylinders. As the at least one spindle rotates the rims of the containers engage with the thread of the screw-toothed cylinder, which carries the containers downward towards the semi-circular wedge. As the containers pass the rotating semi-circular wedge, the narrow end of the wedge inserts between the rims of two adjacent containers and gradually separates the containers to the bottom container can fall off the stack of containers in an upright position.
A DISPENSER FOR CONTACTLESS EJECTION OF DISPOSABLE CUPS OR LIDS
A dispenser for contactless ejection of disposable cups or lids consisting of a mechanism feeding the cups or lids, above which it has a hopper for the cups or cups lids, while below it has a handle supporting the cup or lid and it has a proximity sensor for activating the mechanism feeding the cups or lids, characterised in that the mechanism feeding the cups has at least one plate which has at least two pairs of rotary separators distributed on the circumference of the opening for the cup, in the form of rollers seated on axles positioned in at least one plate and propelled by a motor, where the first part of the rotary separators rotates in the opposite direction to the direction of rotation of the second part of the rotary separators.
Top load disinfection device for disinfecting a container
A top load device for disinfecting a container, such as a security bin for use in an airport, the device configured to store a stack of contaminated containers, wherein the device separates and releases a single container into an interior of a housing for disinfection. The housing comprises a conveyor that moves the container through the interior of the housing from an initial location to an exit of the housing, wherein the container is disinfected or sanitized with electromagnetic wavelength as it moves through the interior of the housing.
Destacker wheel
A destacker wheel is provided for a denester where a stack of containers is destacked, one by one, by rotating or partly rotating the destacker wheel about an axis parallel to the stack of containers. The destacker wheel comprises a stack carrying surface for carrying the stack of containers connected to an inclined surface. A slit orthogonal to a rotation axis is provided between the carrying surface and the inclined surface. The slit has a height in a direction of the rotation axis corresponding to the thickness of a flange of the containers. An ejector surface follows below and at least partly behind the inclined surface in the direction of rotation. The ejector surface commences with an edge arranged substantially radially to the axis of rotation. The edge is above the level of the slit. The inclined surface has a side surface between the inclined surface and the slit.
