The hydraulic buffer energy storage device for an over-discharged hoist skip in a vertical shaft comprises a vertical shaft, where a hoist skip is hung on an inner side of the vertical shaft, and a hydraulic buffer mechanism is arranged on the inner side of the vertical shaft; the hoist skip is positioned above the hydraulic buffer mechanism; the hydraulic buffer mechanism is communicated with an accumulator group, a pressure relief part and an oil replenishing part through an oil pipeline; the accumulator group is communicated with an energy storage part through an oil pipeline; the energy storage part, the pressure relief part and the oil replenishing part are respectively communicated with an oil tank through oil pipelines, the hydraulic buffer mechanism is connected with a displacement sensor.
RAISABLE CARRYING DEVICE
Disclosed is a raisable carrying device for loading cargo onto a rail vehicle using a hoisting unit, said carrying device comprising at least one supporting unit for the cargo, holding pockets for the hoisting unit, and support surfaces for placing the carrying device directly on the floor of a terminal.
METHOD FOR TRANSSHIPPING LOAD CARRIERS BETWEEN ROAD AND RAIL
The method disclosed for transshipping load carriers between road and rail including a loading station. The loading station includes a platform, where a series of load carriers are temporarily stored; a road; and a track. Further, to reduce the time and logistics required, a train is provided with load carriers for loading at predetermined points. Before the train drives up, information is provided regarding the points of the train by the load carriers. The truck drives up to the platform and the load carrier is transferred to sections of the platform corresponding to the points of the train. The load carriers are temporarily stored at the sections of the platform until the train drives up. When the train stops, the load carriers are transferred to the train at points of the train provided for loading by load carriers in a direction transverse to the longitudinal extension of the platform.

Raising/Lowering Conveyance Apparatus For Article Conveying Container
A raising/lowering conveyance apparatus has at least two sets of container holders operable to be raised/lowered in conjunction with each other, and to be freely movable closer to or away from containers in the back-and-forth horizontal direction. A sensor operable to detect the upper end height of the transferred containers which have been transferred and raised is attached to a position near the lower end of each container holder, to determine abnormality in posture of the transferred containers through a comparison operation between the value of the upper end height of the transferred containers detected by the sensor and the normal value of the upper end height of the transferred containers calculated on the basis of the height of the container being handled.
Cargo transfer system using a palletized rack
A system, method, and apparatus for palletizing cargo on a rack for shipment are provided. The system generally includes a tiered rack having a base tier, a support framework extending from the base tier, and a second tier adjustably attached to the support framework. The system may further include a plurality of lower frame support members positioned longitudinally across the bottom of the base tier, and a plurality of pneumatically actuated rollers spaced to cooperatively engage the plurality of lower frame support members, the rollers being selectively extendable from a plurality of raised tracks positioned longitudinally along a floor of the railcar, where the rollers are configured to pneumatically extend past an upper surface of the track when actuated and allow for linear motion thereover.
Liquefied gas unloading and deep evacuation system
A liquefied gas unloading and deep evacuation system may more quickly, more efficiently and more completely unload liquefied gases from transport tanks, such as rail cars, into stationary storage tanks or into truck tanks. The system may utilize a two stage compressor, an electric motor, a variable frequency drive, a four way valve, a three way valve, a two way valve, a programmable logic controller based control system and pressure and temperature transmitters. The valving enables deep evacuation of the transport or supply tank to more completely empty the transport tank. The programmable logic controller and variable speed drive may be used to variably control the speed of the two stage compressor so that the system may be running as fast as possible during changes in ambient temperature and/or different stages of offloading the liquefied gases without exceeding the compressor's horsepower limit.
Transport device
A transport device has a position detection portion, a holding portion attached to an arm, a driving portion to drive the holding portion and the arm, and a control portion. A control portion controls the position detection portion and the driving portion to perform, as one cycle, a procedure to detect a position of a parcel, select parcels based on a predetermined condition, and set priority for the selected parcels, and a procedure to refer to a result of the detection, and cause the holding portion to take out one or more parcels from the accumulation portion in accordance with the priority to transport the parcels to a predetermined location, and excludes, from parcels to be taken out, a second parcel that is present within a predetermined distance from a first parcel and has priority lower than the priority of the first parcel, during the one cycle.
