TRANSPORT DEVICE WITH AN ULTRASONIC GENERATOR AND OPERATING METHOD
The transport device, which serves for the transport of pulverous or granular process material, includes an open or in itself closed transport frame made of metal for transporting process material, is held by a support device and is connected to an ultrasonic device having an ultrasonic generator, an ultrasonic transducer connected to the ultrasonic generator and a coupling rod connected to the ultrasonic transducer and having front and rear end pieces. A flat distributor body made of metal has upper, lower, rear sides and peripherally at least one connection side. The rear end piece of the coupling rod is connected to the ultrasonic transducer. The front end piece of the coupling rod is welded to the rear, upper, or lower side of the distributor body. The at least one connection side of the distributor body is integrally connected with or welded to the at least one transport frame.
Slurry handling apparatus
A slurry handling apparatus includes at least one reception hopper includes a base, a rear wall and opposing side walls, and an opening provided in the base. Slurry delivered into the reception hopper from a tanker can pass through the opening in the base, and a respective first dewatering screen having an apertured screening deck is located beneath the at least one reception hopper so that slurry passing through the opening is delivered onto the deck of the respective screen, with undersize material and water passing through the apertures of the deck to be received within a sump, and with oversize material passing over the deck to be discharged from a downstream end of the deck.

A dirt removal and piling machine is ideally suited for use in cleaning and piling individualized and non-uniformly shaped workpieces, preferably sugar beets but also potatoes, other tuber crops, and even with aggregate rocks for a tilting receiving station. A weigh hopper assembly including a plurality of adjacently aligned weigh hoppers connected via a frame, and longitudinal conveyor mechanism extending along a top portion of the weigh hopper assembly. Each weigh hopper has independent load cells in order to individually weigh the material discharged into the weigh hopper. The conveyor mechanism includes a plurality of gates along a bottom surface of the conveyor mechanism, each gate being aligned with a corresponding weigh hopper of the plurality of weigh hoppers. The conveyor mechanism is in turn connected to a plurality of product bins. A top portion of the conveyor mechanism is in communication with a plurality of product bins via a series of inlet chutes and gates. The weigh hoppers are aligned adjacent to each other and spaced so that each weigh hopper aligns with the transport vehicle.

The apparatus includes a cutting unit positioned on an upper side of an introducing portion of a main hopper and provided for cutting a bottom portion of a packaging material in which a powder is accommodated, and includes a sealing unit provided around an outside of the cutting unit and configured to block leakage of the powder by bringing the introducing portion of the main hopper and an opening portion of the packaging material formed by cutting to be in communication with each other.

Proposed is an apparatus for introducing an active material for use in a secondary battery. The apparatus includes a cutting unit positioned on an upper side of an introducing portion of a main hopper and provided for cutting a bottom portion of a packaging material in which a powder is accommodated, and includes a sealing unit provided around an outside of the cutting unit and configured to block leakage of the powder by bringing the introducing portion of the main hopper and an opening portion of the packaging material formed by cutting to be in communication with each other.
