CONVEYING APPARATUS WITH CONVEYANCE SURFACE FACING DOWNWARD
A conveying apparatus includes a conveyor and a conveyed object receptor. The conveyor includes a conveyance surface facing downward and configured to convey a conveyed object having a sheet-like shape. The conveyed object receptor is arranged below the conveyor and configured to receive the conveyed object having fallen from the conveyor.
Method for rolling up definite lengths of mats in unidirectional rolled rolls, and a mat rolling station for performing the method
Method for rolling up definite lengths of a mats in a unidirectional rolled roll, where mats are advanced one after another into a rolling mechanism in flattened out condition and released from the mechanism in rolled up condition. A rolled up mat is ejected from the rolling mechanism and caused to roll out therefrom on top of a succeeding flattened out mat which advances towards the rolling mechanism. A mat rolling station for performing the method is provided, where a ramp conveyer is provided which advances a flattened mat towards the rolling mechanism. At the rolling mechanism, bending conveyers are provided for advancing the forwardly moving mat sections into a circular bend on the ramp conveyer. A difference of surface speeds of the bending conveyers and the ramp conveyer is controllable by a signal provoked by the advance of a succeeding mat on the ramp conveyer before the rolling mechanism.
Conveyance mechanism and image forming apparatus
A conveyance mechanism includes a lower conveyance guide below an inclined conveyance path having upward or downward inclinations with which a sheet material is to be conveyed, that guides a lower surface of the sheet material; an upper conveyance guide above the inclined conveyance path, that guides an upper surface of the sheet-shaped material, the upper conveyance guide being openable and closable about a rotation shaft, which is on a side of the inclined conveyance path in a direction of a width of the inclined conveyance path to extend along the inclined conveyance path; and a first urging member to urge a portion of the upper conveyance guide away from the rotation shaft in the direction of the width of the inclined conveyance path toward the rotation shaft, the portion of the upper conveyance guide being at an upper end of the upper conveyance guide in an inclined direction.
SHEET STORAGE DEVICE
A sheet storage device includes a sheet storage to stack and store sheets conveyed to the sheet storage in a conveyance direction. The sheet storage includes: a first sheet contact surface at a downstream end of the sheet storage in the conveyance direction; a second sheet contact surface at one end of the sheet storage in an orthogonal direction orthogonal to each of the conveyance direction and the gravity direction; a first inclined portion having an upper end at a downstream side and a lower end at an upstream side in the conveyance direction and having the first sheet contact surface tilted downward in a gravity direction from the upper end to the lower end; and a second inclined portion tilted downward in the gravity direction toward the second sheet contact surface in the orthogonal direction.

FILLING APPARATUS AND METHOD FOR FILLING CONTAINERS WITH DOCUMENTS OF VALUE
A filling apparatus and to a method are for filling containers with document-of-value stacks, and to a document-of-value processing apparatus. The filling apparatus is designed for filling containers with document-of-value stacks, for example document-of-value stacks that are set down by a document-of-value processing machine in a delivery region of the document-of-value processing machine. The filling apparatus has a feed interface, a delivery interface and a transport path along which the containers can be transported from the feed interface to the delivery interface, and a filling region in which in each case one container that has been fed to the filling apparatus can be positioned in order to be filled with document-of-value stacks by means of a gripping device.
