Material Strip Processing System
A material strip collection mechanism coiling fed material strip on a reel includes a vertically positioned reel bracket rotatable about a vertical axis between a first configuration and a second configuration. The mechanism further includes a first arm holding the reel and a second arm each rotatable to drive the reel and coil the material strip on the reel. With the reel bracket in the first configuration, the first arm is in a material strip collection position to allow the material strip to be coiled on each empty reel held by the first arm to form a full reel, while the second arm is in a standby position to allow the full reel held by the second arm to be replaced with a new empty reel.
METHOD FOR REEL CHANGING IN AUTOMATIC MACHINES
A method for reel changing in automatic machines including: preparing a carriage having a robotic arm including a gripped with a gripper at its free end for retaining a reel; the carriage has a support for the reel and a container for collecting cores of empty reels; positioning the reel on the support defining a predetermined position and memorised by the arm; moving the carriage forward toward a rotating shaft in a position allowing movement of the arm towards the shaft; reading a code on the shaft by a reading device on the arm; sending a signal by the reading device corresponding to the reading of the code to a processing unit with memorisation of the position of the shaft; picking up of an empty core from the rotating shaft and releasing the core in the container; picking up the reel; inserting the reel in the rotating shaft.

Carrier tape processing device and carrier tape processing method
A roll body taking-out unit that takes out a roll body from a reel that holds a carrier tape storing components in a state of the roll body and stores the roll body in a case is provided. The roll body taking-out unit includes a separation unit that separates the roll body from the reel, and a roll body storage unit that stores the roll body separated from the reel by the separation unit in a case. Further, the roll body storage unit includes a case holding part that holds an empty case, and a chute part that stores the roll body separated from the reel by the separation unit one by one in the empty case held by the case holding part.
METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR THE PRODUCTION OF CORELESS PAPER ROLLS
A method and apparatus for the production of coreless paper rolls, including a winding phase on a central spindle of a paper web carried out by a main reel, until the formation of a wound paper roll, a phase of extraction from the wound roll of the spindle by application of a relative axial extraction force between the roll and the spindle, where the winding phase includes a first winding phase of a number of web revolutions on the central spindle performed at a first winding tension that is lower than the next winding tension.
Automatic roll replacing device, and winding equipment
Disclosed in the present application are an automatic roll replacing device, and winding equipment. The automatic roll replacing device includes: a mounting frame; an unwinding mechanism, including an unwinding shaft rotatably connected to the mounting frame around its own axis; a spare material mechanism, including a spare material shaft having a contact end and a material pushing member providing an axial pushing force for a spare material roll on the spare material shaft, the spare material shaft being rotatably connected to the mounting frame around the rotation axis, and the material pushing member being controlled to push the spare material roll on the spare material shaft to transfer to the unwinding shaft; and a strip connection mechanism, provided on the mounting frame, and used for cutting off a work material strip unwound from the unwinding shaft and connecting the cut-off work material strip to the spare material roll.
