PAPER SHEET STORAGE DEVICE AND PAPER SHEET STORAGE METHOD
A banknote storage device includes a housing member having a loading region in which a banknote is loaded; a storage which is disposed to be adjacent to the housing member and in which the banknote is stored; a temporary accumulation region provided between the loading region and the storage so as to temporarily accumulate the banknote to be stored in the storage; and a push-in mechanism that pushes the banknote loaded to the loading region, into the temporary accumulation region and that pushes a plurality of the banknotes accumulated in the temporary accumulation region, into the storage.
Paper stock processing device
A paper money processing device is provided with: a storage unit for forming a storage space in which paper money is layered and stored; a conveyance mechanism for conveying paper money to the storage unit; and a movable piece capable of emerging and sinking the storage space, the movable piece being provided in a direction orthogonal to the conveyance direction of the paper money conveyed by the conveyance mechanism. Conveyance is stopped in a position where the trailing end part of the paper money to be conveyed to the storage unit by the conveyance mechanism is facing the moveable piece, the trailing end part of the paper money in a position facing the moveable piece is thereafter moved to the storage space side and the paper money is layered and stored in the storage space by the emerging/sinking operation of the movable piece.
PAPER SHEET HANDLING APPARATUS
In order to display information for rejected paper sheets in an easily recognizable manner, the paper sheet handling apparatus includes: a transport path configured to transport paper sheets; a recognition unit configured to recognize the paper sheets transported in the transport path; a reject unit configured to stack rejected paper sheets discharged from the transport path based on a recognition result by the recognition unit; and a display unit configured to display information for rejected paper sheets in a manner which is different for a case where the number of the rejected paper sheets stacked in the reject unit can be determined, and for a case where the number of the rejected paper sheets stacked in the reject unit cannot be determined.
Sheet processing apparatus and image forming apparatus
A sheet processing apparatus includes a conveyance member to convey a sheet, a pair of alignment members to move relatively in a width direction orthogonal to a conveyance direction of the sheet by the conveyance member, so as to align a position of the sheet in the width direction, and a lower portion to support a lower surface of the sheet between the pair of alignment members in the width direction. In addition, a pair of upper portions are arranged on one side and the other side of the lower portion in the width direction and each hold an upper surface of the sheet, wherein the pair of upper portions is positioned lower than the lower portion in a plane vertical to the conveyance direction.
PAPER SHEET PROCESSING DEVICE, STACKING TRAY, AND PAPER SHEET STACKING METHOD
The paper sheet processing device includes a bladed wheel 10, a paper sheet supply/transport unit 30, 100, a stacking tray 50 that holds paper sheets emitted from the bladed wheel one by one in a stacked state, and an extraction area 80. The stacking tray includes a first stacking part 51 that stacks thereon paper sheets being emitted when at a paper sheet stacking position P1, and is rotationally moved to a non-stacking position P2 when a predetermined number of paper sheets are stacked thereon, and a second stacking part 61 that is moved to the paper sheet stacking position to stack paper sheets thereon when being rotated by a predetermined angle from the non-stacking position, and is rotationally moved to the non-stacking position when the predetermined number of paper sheets are stacked thereon.
Sheet post-processing apparatus
According to one embodiment, a sheet post-processing apparatus includes a guide member, a matching member, a post-processing mechanism, a support member, and a drive unit. The guide member has a loading surface on which a sheet is loaded in a standing state. The matching member supports a lower end of the sheet loaded on the guide member in a free raising and lowering manner. The post-processing mechanism performs post-processing on the sheet. The support member supports the matching member. The drive unit raises and lowers the support member. The matching member is configured to be raised and lowered with respect to the support member.
Post-processing device and image forming system provided with the same
A post-processing device for processing a sheet includes a post-processing section for post-processing a sheet; a buffer section for temporarily staying a plurality of sheets at an upstream of the post-processing section; and a conveying section for conveying, one by one, the plurality of sheets stayed at the buffer section to the post-processing section.
Continually running pocket spindle
This disclosure relates to a method and apparatus for taking flexible sheets off a delivery belt, such as from a scanner or copier, and restacking them in the order and orientation (face) they were originally scanned in. This requires flipping over such sheets by use of a spindle wheel with a plurality of fingers defining slots therebetween for receiving the sheets and reversing their face (flipping). By knowing the speed of the delivery belt and using a continuously spinning spindle wheel it is possible to avoid the effects of momentum on the fingers which distorts their position during stopping and starting action. Instead, the spindle wheel is in constant rotation but the speed of rotation is adjusted from a first speed, then a second tapering speed, to a third speed which is adapted to ensure that the slot between fingers is accurately presented to the leading edge as it enters the slot and does not get rejected by an accidental encounter with a finger.
CAM STACKING ASSEMBLY FOR A MIXED SIZED MAIL-PIECE SORTER
According to some embodiments, a stacking assembly accepts mail-pieces traveling from a re-direct mechanism in a first direction and urges a leading edge portion of a mail-piece toward a registration wall of a sortation bin. The stacking assembly may include a plurality of neighboring cam shafts, each with at least one cam, arranged along the first direction, such that rotation of the cam shafts results in synchronized rotation of the cams to guide an incoming mail-piece. Rotation of the cam shafts may also urge a previously stacked mail-piece away from the cams, and into the sortation bin, in a second direction perpendicular to the first direction.
Paper sheet redirecting unit and paper sheet processing apparatus using the same
The paper sheet redirecting unit (60) for changing a direction of a paper sheet configured to support one side of the paper sheet and change the direction of the paper sheet while transferring the paper sheet; and an other-side redirecting member (62) configured to support the other side of the paper sheet in a state of coming in contact with the one-side redirecting member (61) and to change the direction of the paper sheet while transferring the paper sheet, wherein if a power is transmitted to the one-side redirecting member (61) or the other-side redirecting member (62), the one-side redirecting member (61) and the other-side redirecting member (62) are operated in company with each other, thereby discharging the paper sheet while changing the direction of the paper sheet to be inputted between the one-side redirecting member (61) and the other-side redirecting member (62).
