DRUM FOR REELING SHEET MATERIAL
A drum arranged for reeling and dividing an elongate web of sheet material to produce discrete stacks of web portions is provided. The drum includes a series of faces forming a web-receiving loop that extends around a central axis of the drum, each face of the drum being defined by a respective drum segment that is configured to support a respective stack of web portions of a web reeled onto the web-receiving loop. The drum segments are movable to enable the web-receiving loop to expand to increase tension in a web reeled onto the web-receiving loop to divide the elongate web into discrete stacks.

The invention relates to a method for producing blanks from paper, cardboard, paperboard, corrugated cardboard, or plastic. The method according to the invention does not process panels or sheets into blanks in a multistage process but rather produces the blanks directly from the material web i.e. the corrugated cardboard web or from the paper, paperboard, plastic or cardboard web. The machining process is scalable. Advantageously, the method according to the invention can be adjusted in terms of the required production or packaging quantity by the juxtaposition of additional processing centers in terms of production speed and quantity.
Method for manufacturing glass roll
Provided is a method of producing a glass roll including: a conveying step of conveying a glass film (G) along a longitudinal direction thereof; a cutting step of irradiating the glass film (G) with a laser beam (L) from a laser irradiation apparatus (19) while conveying the glass film (G) by the conveying step, to thereby separate the glass film (G) into a non-product portion (Gc) and a product portion (Gd); and a take-up step of taking up the product portion (Gd) into a roll shape, to thereby form a glass roll (R). The cutting step includes a step of winding a thread-like peeled material (Ge) generated from an end portion of the product portion (Gd) in a width direction around a rod-shaped collecting member (23), and leading the wound thread-like peeled material (Ge) in a predetermined conveying direction (PX) by a leading device (24).

The present application relates to a composite device, including a first electrode material strip unwinding mechanism configured to unwind the first electrode material strip; a crease mechanism disposed downstream of the first electrode material strip unwinding mechanism and configured to form a plurality of creases on the first electrode material strip; and a first composite mechanism disposed downstream of the crease mechanism and configured to combine a first diaphragm, a second diaphragm, and the first electrode material strip so as to stack the first diaphragm, the second diaphragm, and the first electrode material strip to form a first composite material strip. By arranging the composite device, during a process of folding the first composite material strip, it may be directly folded along the creases. The composite device uses belt-shaped pole sheets directly without cutting, which improves efficiency of subsequent lamination. The present application also relates to a laminating machine.
DEVICE FOR INTRODUCING A PATTERN BY RADIATION ON A WOUND ENDLESS STRUCTURE
A device for introducing patterns by radiating a wound continuous substrate. The device provides patterning during continuous roll-to-roll movement without material slippage and with minimal distortion by providing a dancer roll between a processing drum and an unwinder roll on one side, and a winder roll on the other side, for tautly guiding the continuous substrate along a contact surface of at least half of the circumference of the processing drum in order to drive the continuous substrate without slippage. The dancer rolls are adapted to tautly guide the advancing substrate web and returning substrate web with a constant force, and an equilibrium is adjustable between a defined counterforce and the constant action of force on the dancer roll by a stabilization device, and is maintained constant by a controller based on measured deflections of the dancer roll by controlling the rotational speed of the unwinder and winder rolls.

Proposed is a film processing system including a supply unit configured to supply a film fabric, a cutting unit configured to cut the film fabric and to form a film product by dividing the film fabric, a transfer unit including a classifier configured to selectively guide the film product along any one of a predetermined non-inverted path and an inverted path, an inverter configured to invert the film product guided along the inverted path up and down, and an inspection transfer device configured to transfer the film product delivered from the classifier in a non-inverted state or the film product delivered from the inverter in an inverted state in a predetermined reference direction, and an inspection unit configured to inspect the film product delivered to the inspection transfer device.
