A garment production system, comprising a virtual development environment configured to receive and store in a database thereof body information relating to a user, establish measurements for the user based on the body information, display, on a display device connected to the virtual development environment, a virtual representation of the user using the established measurements, customize one or more garments for the user based on the established measurements, display, on the display device, a virtual representation of the one or more customized garments on the virtual representation of the user, receive and store in the database personalization information from the user regarding the one or more customized garments, and alter the one or more customized garments and the virtual representation thereof based on the received personalization information for manufacture thereof.
READING APPARATUS, CONVEYING OPERATION CONTROL METHOD AND STORAGE MEDIUM
A reading apparatus includes a reader, a conveyor, motors and a hardware processor. The reader reads a surface of a recording medium with an image formed. The conveyor includes rollers disposed along a conveyance path that passes through a reading area of the reader, and conveys the recording medium being laid across the rollers. The motors rotate the rollers. The hardware processor controls operations of the motors such that the rollers located farther downstream in a conveyance direction of the recording medium rotate faster. As to at least one motor of the motors, the hardware processor switches between and performs a first control to adjust a rotational speed and a second control to adjust a torque, depending on an operating state of the motor.
MEDIUM CONVEYING APPARATUS IN WHICH ROTATION FULCRUM OF REFERENCE MEMBER IS LOCATED INSIDE GUIDE FOR SLIDING OF UNIT PROVIDED WITH REFERENCE MEMBER
A medium conveying apparatus includes a conveying roller to convey a medium, a first unit, a second unit located to face the first unit, an imaging sensor provided in the first unit, to image the medium conveyed by the conveying roller, a reference member including a facing surface, and provided in the second unit in such a way that the facing surface is rotatable between a facing position at which the facing surface faces the imaging sensor, and a non-facing position at which the facing surface deviates from the facing position, a guide portion to slidably guide the second unit in a direction perpendicular to a medium conveying surface so that the second unit moves in the direction perpendicular to the medium conveying surface, and a support portion to rotatably support the reference member. The support portion is located inside the guide portion.
ROLL TYPE RAW MATERIAL SUPPLY DEVICE
A roll type raw material supply device includes a raw material mounting unit for introducing a roll type raw material to which a tape for fixing to the end portion of a raw material is attached; a tape removal unit for clamping a non-bonding portion of the tape and separating the tape from the raw material; and a raw material conveying unit for attaching and moving the raw material. The roll type raw material supply device is capable of automatically and effectively removing the tape attached to a roll type raw material and causing the end portion of the raw material to be moved to a desired location without damage such as warping.
MEDIA IDENTIFICATION
There is provided a print apparatus and a media roll for the print apparatus, comprising a media identifier located on an end of a core section of the media roll. A type of media loaded into the print apparatus is determined by sensing the media identifier on the media roll using a non-contact sensor to scan the end of the core section.
PAPER SHEET HANDLING APPARATUS AND CORRECTION METHOD OF PAPER SHEET HANDLING APPARATUS
A method including correcting output of an image sensor unit based on correction information of the image sensor unit that captures and discriminates a paper sheet. A apparatus includes an image sensor unit which includes an image capturing element that captures a banknote so as to discriminate the banknote, a controller that controls the image sensor unit, and a first attachment part, to which the image sensor unit is attached to be detachable, and which includes a connection terminal that connects the image sensor unit and the controller with each other, and which is arranged in a conveyance path for conveying the banknote.
METHOD FOR PREDICTING THE PRESENCE OF PRODUCT DEFECTS DURING AN INTERMEDIATE PROCESSING STEP OF A THIN PRODUCT WOUND IN A ROLL
Method for predicting the presence of product defects during an intermediate processing step of a thin product wound in a roll, which provides for—receiving a roll of thin product that has been assigned a unique identification code stored in a database system, this latter containing process and/or product parameters detected in the production steps of said thin product wound in said roll upstream of said intermediate processing step, associated with said unique identification code,—accessing said database system,—entering one or more of the process and/or product parameters associated with the unique identification code of said roll contained in said database system in a predictive model, which uses a correlation, created by means of machine learning logics, from historicized values related to the process and/or product parameters output from said intermediate processing step and historicized values related to process and/or product parameters of the same rolls detected in the production steps of said rolls upstream of said intermediate processing step, in order to predict product parameters output from said intermediate processing step,—comparing said aforesaid product parameters with respective predefined limit values,—generating predictive diagnosis information of thin product defects based on the result of said comparison.
MACHINE FOR TESTING EXTENSIBLE PLASTIC FILMS FOR PACKAGING
A testing machine to perform measurements and/or tests on a plastic film comprises a basic structure provided with a supporting plane, an unwinding station provided with an unwinding roller that supports a reel of film, a pre-stretching station arranged to unwind and to pre-stretch the film from the reel. The testing machine further comprises a wrapping station provided with a testing drum to be wrapped by the film coming out from the pre-stretching station, a plurality of measuring groups to perform measurements of dimensional and/or physical parameters of the reel and of the film, and a plurality of testing groups to perform respective tests and measurements on the film in order to determine mechanical and physical properties thereof.
Medium transport apparatus
A medium transport apparatus includes a first roller configured to transport a medium, a second roller configured to transport the medium at a different position, in the transport direction of the medium, from the first roller, the second roller including a rotary shaft parallel to a rotary shaft of the first roller, and a bearing portion configured to contact with both the rotary shaft of the first roller and the rotary shaft of the second roller in an area in an extending direction of the rotary shaft, within which the transported medium passes.
FLEXIBLE MATERIAL TRANSPORT SYSTEM
A flexible material transport system for fabric and a system for continuous fabric workflow is presented. The flexible material transport system comprises a printing machine, a material web transporter connected to the printing machine, a material accumulator connected to the material web transporter, and a cutting machine connected to the material accumulator, wherein the material accumulator is configured to feed printed fabric from the material web transporter into the cutting machine, and wherein the material web transporter comprises a plurality of rollers configured to control movement of the fabric from the printing machine to the material accumulator and onto the cutting machine.
