PAPER FEEDING ROLLER
Provided is a paper feeding roller in which recesses due to deformation are unlikely to be formed even when contact with another roller in one location continues for a comparatively long period of time, particularly as a conveying roller or the like. A paper feeding roller that has a shaft measuring 6 mm in exterior diameter pressure-welded to the outer circumferential surface under a load of 600 g in a high-temperature environment of 60° C. for 24 hours is left at room temperature for eight hours while being pressure-welded, after which the recess amount obtained using the difference (T).sub.0−T.sub.1, between the thickness T.sub.1 (mm) of the position where the shaft was pressure-welded and the thickness T.sub.0 (mm) of a position where the shaft was not pressure-welded, is 0.1 mm or less.
FEEDER DEVICE AND METHOD FOR FEEDING A STACK OF VALUE DOCUMENTS TO A SINGLER DEVICE, SINGLER MODULE AND SYSTEM FOR PROCESSING VALUE DOCUMENTS
A feeder device for feeding a stack of value documents to a singler device, and is configured to withdraw individual value documents from the stack. The feeder device includes a stop element having front and back sides; two lateral guide elements provided at the front side of the stop element and configured to guide the stack at two lateral sides of the stack towards the singler device; two support elements, on which the lateral guide elements are mounted; and two or more bearing elements by which the support elements are movably mounted on the stop element to allow the respective positions of the lateral guide elements and/or the distance of the lateral guide elements relative to each other to be changed. The invention further relates to an according method, a singler device, a singler module and a system for processing value documents.
PAPER FEEDING ROLL
Provided is a paper feeding roll that prevents paper transportation failures over a long time. A paper feeding roll 10 is provided with an axial body 12 and an elastic layer 14 formed on an outer periphery of the axial body 12. The circumferential surface of the elastic layer 14 has a plurality of projections 16 forming surface unevenness. Each projection 16 of the plurality of projections 16 is shaped such that a position X of a distal-end part preceding in an opposite direction to a paper feeding direction precedes, in the opposite direction to the paper feeding direction, a position Y of a base-end part preceding in the opposite direction to the paper feeding direction.
SHEET CONVEYING DEVICE AND IMAGE FORMING APPARATUS
A sheet conveying device includes a sheet conveying passage and a switching guide. The switching guide switches the sheet conveying passage between first and second sheet conveying passages. The switching guide includes a plurality of guide ribs and guide members. The plurality of guide ribs are disposed at intervals in the sheet width direction and extend in the sheet conveying direction. The guide members are fitted to specific guide ribs selected from the plurality of guide ribs. The plurality of guide ribs have first and second guide surfaces that guide the sheet. The guide members are formed of a material having higher slidability than the plurality of guide ribs, and have third guide surfaces that are disposed at positions protruding further to an inner side of the sheet conveying passage than the first or second guide surfaces.
RUBBER COMPOSITION, AND RUBBER PRODUCT PRODUCED BY USING THE RUBBER COMPOSITION
An inventive rubber composition contains a rubber component including EPDM, a peroxide crosslinking agent, a white filler, and not less than 0.1 part by mass of a quaternary ammonium salt based on 100 parts by mass of the rubber component. An inventive molded rubber product (1) is made from the rubber composition. Thus, the novel rubber composition containing the rubber component including the EPDM, the peroxide crosslinking agent and the white filler can be imparted with any desired color (e.g., a light color such as white or a non-black color) and can form a molded rubber product excellent in strain resistance properties and the like without inhibition of the crosslinking of the EPDM. The molded rubber product is produced by using the rubber composition.
Paper feeding roller

A paper feeding roller that has a shaft measuring 6 mm in exterior diameter pressure-welded to the outer circumferential surface under a load of 600 g in a high-temperature environment of 60° C. for 24 hours is left at room temperature for eight hours while being pressure-welded, after which the recess amount obtained using the difference (T).sub.0−T.sub.1, between the thickness T.sub.1 (mm) of the position where the shaft was pressure-welded and the thickness T.sub.0 (mm) of a position where the shaft was not pressure-welded, is 0.1 mm or less.
Bill conveying roller base
The present invention addresses the problem of providing a bill conveying roller base having an excellent swelling resistance. In order to solve this problem, the bill conveying roller base is provided with an elastic layer covering at least part of the outer peripheral surface, the elastic layer comprising a thermosetting polyurethane which is obtained by reacting polyol components containing a lactone-based polyol with polyisocyanate components containing methylene diphenyl diisocyanate (MDI).
Device for separating sheet material
A device for separating sheet material has an actuator and a sheet material holder coupled thereto. The actuator is designed for moving the sheet material holder. The sheet material holder is designed for receiving an individual sheet material piece from a sheet material stack in which the sheet material pieces are arranged in a layered manner one above another along a vertical direction. The actuator is designed to set the sheet material holder into an oscillating rotational movement about a rotation axis that lies substantially parallel to the vertical direction, in order to receive the individual sheet material piece from the sheet material stack.
Antistatic rubber composition
There is provided a rubber composition in which an antistatic agent is uniformly dispersed and the rubber composition has antistatic ability, coefficient of friction, and wear resistance. A rubber composition includes 7 parts by mass or more of a polyether/polyolefin block copolymer resin with respect to 100 parts by mass of a rubber component, and the total amount or a part of a rubber component is mixed with a polyether/polyolefin block copolymer resin at a temperature that is equal to or higher than a melting point of the polyether/polyolefin block copolymer resin.
Roller, separation device, image reading apparatus, and recording apparatus
There is provided a roller including: a shaft, and an elastic body portion that is provided on an outer peripheral surface of the shaft, in which the elastic body portion includes a plurality of first recessed portions which are provided on one side of the roller in a shaft mounting direction at intervals in a circumferential direction of the roller and each have a bottom portion, and a plurality of second recessed portions which are provided on the other side of the roller in the shaft mounting direction at intervals in the circumferential direction of the roller and each have a bottom portion, and in which each of the first recessed portions is positioned between the adjacent second recessed portions in the circumferential direction of the roller in the side view of the roller in the shaft mounting direction.
