MULTI-FILAMENT HELICAL WINDING DEVICES

The present disclosure provides a multi-filament helical winding device. The device includes a frame, a multi-filar guide radial telescopic portion, a multi-filar guide rotation portion. The multi-filar guide radial telescopic portion and the multi-filar guide rotation portion are arranged on the frame, and the multi-filar guide radial telescopic portion is connected to the multi-filar guide rotation portion. A count of the multi-filar guide radial telescopic portion is the same as a count of the multi-filar guide rotation portion, and the multi-filar guide radial telescopic portion corresponds to the multi-filar guide rotation portion one by one. The multi-filar guide radial telescopic portion includes a first telescopic mechanism or a second telescopic mechanism. The multi-filar guide rotation portion includes a first rotation mechanism or a second rotation mechanism.

Filament winding apparatus

In a filament winding apparatus, a supplying device supplies fiber bundles to a surface of a core material. A moving part is movable relative to the core material, and rotatable around a rotational axis extending in a vertical direction. A small diameter aligning guide part is placed at the moving part and has an opening portion through which the core material can pass. The small diameter aligning guide part guides fiber bundles to an outer peripheral surface of the core material such that the fiber bundles are arranged side by side in a circumferential direction of the core material. The tightening fiber bobbin supporting part is placed at the moving part and rotates around a center of the opening portion. A winding guide rotates with the tightening fiber bobbin supporting part and guides a tightening fiber bundle drawn from a tightening fiber bobbin toward the surface of the core material.

TRAVERSING THREAD GUIDE

The invention relates to a traversing thread guide for causing a thread to traverse at a workstation of a textile machine that produces cross-wound packages, comprising a base carrier, which can be arranged on a traversing rod, and a thread-guiding element, which is arranged on the base carrier and which has two wall portions, which are arranged at a distance from each other and delimit a thread insertion slot and a thread-guiding channel.

An optical fiber pay-off system includes a draw spool around which an optical fiber is wound and defining a longitudinal axis; a pay-off arm movable parallel to the longitudinal axis and engaged with a pay-off portion of the optical fiber; a controller configured to receive first and second position signals and instructs the pay-off arm to selectively move in a first direction and in an opposite second direction; first and second proximity sensors mounted on the pay-off arm; a tilting support rotatably mounted on the pay-off arm. The system further includes an activation body fixed to the tilting support and extending between the first and second proximity sensors to be selectively detected by the sensors according to positions assumed by the tilting support. The system further includes first and second contacts fixed to the tilting support and defining an intermediate space in which the pay-off portion can move.

ADJUSTABLE FILAMENTARY MATERIAL GUIDE

An adjustable guide apparatus for guiding filamentary material from a reciprocating traverse onto a mandrel of a winding machine to form a coil. The adjustable guide apparatus includes a housing having a collar defining an inlet opening configured to receive filamentary material, and adjustable guides coupled to the housing defining a guide opening between the adjustable guides for passage of the filamentary material from the inlet opening. The apparatus also includes an adjuster configured to adjust relative spacing between the adjustable guides that defines the size of the guide opening.

Wound thread package and manufacturing method for same

There is provided a wound thread package that is unlikely to cause problems such as cob-webbing and collapse at the time of unwinding even when the wound thread is a multi-filament thread or tape-like thread, and a manufacturing method for the same. To manufacture a wound thread package 1 by winding a plurality of multi-filament threads or tape-like threads having a total fineness of 100 to 6400 dtex per thread around a bobbin 2 by a traverse method, the threads constituting a thread layer 3 are arranged at intervals therebetween and wound with the same in traverse width w and at different traverse reverse positions.
