Hose reel unit and hose reel assembly comprising a hose reel unit
A hose reel unit for a high-pressure washer has a hose reel and a reel hose arranged in its receptacle. The hose reel is rotatable about an axis of rotation for winding and unwinding the reel hose. The first end of the reel hose is connectable to a supply line and the second end to a washer wand of the high-pressure washer. The hose reel has sidewalls delimiting the receptacle in a direction of the axis of rotation. The first end of the reel hose extends to the first sidewall and is coaxial to the axis of rotation. A guide device arranged between the sidewalls guides the reel hose such that the axis of rotation extends through the reel hose. The guide device is spaced apart form the first end of the reel hose at a support distance measured in a direction of the axis of rotation.
HOSE REEL
A portable hose reel for storing and transporting a garden hose is disclosed. The spool of the hose reel has blow-molded flanges and single core to simplify assembly and provide increased strength. The hose reel also includes an unobtrusive hose connector and strain relief member to align the hose on the spool. In addition, a bow tie shape of the spool in combination with a metal frame geometry increases stability while winding or unwinding a garden hose. The hose reel further includes seal having a double O-rings each with a polytetrafluoroethylene backer to improve performance and longevity. Improved torque transmission from the hose reel crank to the spool is provided by a combination of the hose connector being embedded in a spool flange with a tabbed spacer block connected to the spool axel by a set bolt.
Mobile cradle frame for pipe reel
A cradle apparatus and method for transporting and/or deploying a coil of pipe supported around a reel are disclosed. The cradle apparatus can include a first arm member and a second arm member each having a male segment and a female segment capable of telescopic movement. A first set of pipe reel engagement spools and a second set of pipe reel engagement spools can rotate to raise/lift a first flange and a second flange of the reel thereonto when the pipe reel is positioned between the first arm member and the second arm member and the proximal end and the distal end of the first arm member and the second arm member are brought closer together due to telescopic movement of the male and female segments.
IMPROVED DRIVE STRUCTURE FOR TAPE OR CHALK REELS
A drive assembly for a tool with a rotatable crank and a reel may include a carrier operably coupled to the reel, a stress relief plate interposed between the carrier and the crank and configured to operably couple the carrier to the crank, and mating surfaces disposed on the carrier, the stress relief plate, and the crank in a stacked arrangement to distribute stresses and increase maximum torque capacity of the drive assembly.
Coiled tubing reel trailer
A method may comprise attaching a spool support frame to a forward bogie and an aft bogie, lifting the cargo, supported by a spool support frame with a forward hydraulic arm and an aft hydraulic arm. A transportation system may comprise a forward bogie, an aft bogie, and a spool support frame. The forward bogie may include a plurality of axel groups configured to operate independently of each other, a forward arm attached to the forward bogie through a swivel connection, and a forward hydraulic arm attached to the forward arm through a rod. The aft bogie may include a plurality of aft axel groups configured to operate independently of each other, an aft arm attached to the aft bogie through an aft swivel connection, and an aft hydraulic arm attached to the aft arm through an aft rod.
Fire Hose Reeling System
A fire hose reeling system includes a support frame that is positionable on a ground surface. The support frame has a first lateral edge and a second lateral edge. A reel apparatus is mounted on the support frame. The reel apparatus releasably engages a fire hose and forms the hose into a roll when the reel apparatus is actuated. A stabilizing panel has a perimeter edge pivotally coupled to the support frame such that the stabilizing panel is positionable in an upright position defining a stored position or in deployed position extending away from the first lateral edge. When in the deployed position, the stabilizing panel abuts the ground surface and is stepped upon while the reel apparatus is used to stabilize the assembly.
Cable recovery machine
A cable recovery machine, having at least one traction module configured to hold and draw at least one cable, in particular of a cable laying plant, and at least one cutting module located downstream of the traction module and able to receive the cable that is introduced into the cutting module in a direction of feed (X1); the cutting module having at least one cutting unit provided with at least one cutting blade and integral with a shaft made to rotate by corresponding drive means, so that by rotating the shaft, the cutting unit is made to rotate and cuts the cable when the latter enters the cutting module in the direction of feed (X1).
Support Reel Assembly
A support reel assembly for installing vapor barrier on a wall of a building includes a first bracket that can be mounted to a wall of a building. A second bracket is provided that can be mounted to the wall having the second bracket being aligned with the first bracket. A first bubble level is coupled to the second bracket and a second bubble level is coupled to the second bracket for leveling the second bracket along a horizontal axis and a vertical axis. A pole is coupled to and extends away from the second bracket thereby facilitating the roll of vapor barrier to be drawn along the wall for installation on the wall. Additionally, the pole engages the first bracket.
MARINE PIPELINE INSTALLATION VESSEL AND METHOD FOR LAYING AN OFFSHORE RIGID PIPELINE IN THE SEA
A marine pipeline installation vessel and a method are provided for laying an offshore rigid pipeline in the sea, the vessel at least being adapted to carry out the rigid reel lay method. The vessel includes at least one vertical storage reel for the storage of a spooled rigid pipeline. A left and right reel support structure are provided to support the weight of the at least one storage reel. The left and right support structures are embodied to form a pivoting structure allowing an angular adjustment of the horizontal reel axis about a vertical axis to alter the angular position of the at least one storage reel.
