End plate for conveyor belt
An end plate for a conveyor system is described. In one embodiment, a conveyor system includes an endless conveyor belt turned about rollers between an entrance end and an exit end, and an end plate disposed at one end of the belt facing towards a direction of motion of the belt. The end plate includes a plate body including a plurality of projecting members extending from one end of the plate body. The end plate also includes a plurality of finger elements disposed over the plurality of projecting members. Each finger element of the plurality of finger elements includes a slot on a back side of the finger element that is configured to receive a projecting member of the plurality of projecting members. The plurality of projecting members and the plurality of finger elements are configured to face towards the belt.
Safety device for escalator
The present invention relates to a safety device for an escalator, which can safely move a person or cart on a moving step of the escalator or a moving walkway toward a platform, the safety device comprising: a tilting member comprising a free end portion extended from a front end portion of a platform member, which covers an upper surface of a moving step getting thereunder in an end region of the escalator, toward an upper surface of an entering moving step, and a rotary end portion rotatably installed under the platform member; a contact roller installed in a region of the free end portion and rotatable being in contact with the moving step; and at least one guide roller rotatable being in contact with the contact roller and partially exposed through the upper surface.
Passenger transport system with monitoring and marking device for characterizing defective step units
The application relates to passenger transport systems and related methods. The passenger transport system has multiple step units, a comb plate, a monitoring device, and a marking device. The step units are to be moved one behind the other continuously along a predefined movement path during normal operation. The comb plate is arranged at a fixed position relative to the predefined movement path. The monitoring device is configured to monitor an actual position of a currently monitored step unit relative to the predefined movement path and to detect a deviation of the actual position from the predefined movement path by more than an allowable tolerance value and activate the marking device in response thereto. Upon being activated, the marking device is configured to mark the currently monitored step unit and/or a step unit spatially correlating to the currently monitored step unit.

Monitoring system of a passenger conveyor and monitoring method thereof
The present invention relates to the field of passenger conveyor technologies, and provides a monitoring system of a passenger conveyor and a monitoring method thereof. In the monitoring system and detection method of the present invention, a monitored object of the passenger conveyor is sensed by using an imaging sensor and/or a depth sensing sensor to acquire a data frame, and the data frame is analyzed by a processing apparatus to monitor whether the monitored object is in a normal state. The monitored object may include a landing plate, a step, a barrier used in a maintenance and repair working condition and/or a step speed, and the like.
