DOUBLE IMPACT AREA BUFFER FOR IMPROVED PLANK
A buffer device (121) for an elevator system (100), the buffer device (121) including a first contact structure (501) and a second contact structure (503). The first contact structure (501) includes a first contact surface (505), and the second contact structure (503) includes a second contact surface (507). The first contact surface (505) and the second contact surface (507) are arranged for contacting respective vertically offset surfaces of an elevator car (101) or counterweight (109).
Elevator buffering device and elevator system
An elevator buffering device and an elevator system. The elevator buffering device includes a multi-stage buffer including: a body bracket; and a plurality of buffering elements mounted on the body bracket; wherein each of the buffering elements is at different heights when they are driven to operating positions in a vertical direction; a drive mechanism including: a power source for powering the drive mechanism; and a telescopic push rod pivotally connected to the body bracket; and a control element for controlling a telescopic length of the telescopic push rod of the drive mechanism so that one of the plurality of buffering elements on the body bracket is driven to the operating position.
ELEVATOR
The elevator comprises guide rails extending along a height of a shaft, a car and/or a counterweight moving upwards and downwards in the shaft and being glidingly supported on the guide rails. A stop block is attached to at least one guide rail in order to prevent movement of the car and/or the counterweight beyond the level of the stop block. The stop block comprises a buffer attached to a bottom plate. The buffer comprises a slot receiving a guide portion of the guide rail. The bottom plate supports the buffer on the guide rail.
DEVICE FOR CREATING A TEMPORARY PROTECTIVE SPACE
A device for creating a temporary protective space for an elevator system is installed in an elevator shaft and includes a fastening element that can be fixed in the elevator shaft and a supporting element connected to the fastening element. In a maintenance position of the device, the supporting element is arranged such that a movement path of a travel body of the elevator system is limited to form the temporary protective space. An impact element is connected to the supporting element and, in the maintenance position of the device, provides direct mechanical contact with the travel body. The impact element is pivotably mounted on the supporting element such that in an operating position of the device the movement path of the travel body is maximized.
BUFFER DEVICE FOR AN ELEVATOR SYSTEM
An elevator system with a traveling body movable in an elevator shaft includes a buffer device arranged in a shaft pit of the elevator shaft for limiting the travel path of the traveling body. The buffer device includes a leaf spring and a cushioning element mounted on a frame at the floor of the elevator shaft.
Overwinding buffer device and method for vertical hoisting system
An overwinding buffer device and method are employed for a vertical hoisting system including a derrick and a hoisting container. A hydraulic buffer device is disposed on the derrick, the hydraulic buffer device including at least one buffering hydraulic cylinder and buffering pressure rollers disposed corresponding to the buffering hydraulic cylinders; the buffering hydraulic cylinders are disposed on the derrick; piston rods of the buffering hydraulic cylinders are disposed horizontally and outer ends of the piston rods face towards the hoisting container; the buffering pressure rollers are horizontally fixed on an outer side wall of the hoisting container and arced surfaces of the buffering pressure rollers face towards the piston rods of the buffering hydraulic cylinders.
Damper for elevator, and elevator
A damper for elevator, and an elevator, that enable reduction of the maximum deceleration of a lifting/lowering body by suppressing deformation of a foamed body for absorbing impact. The damper for elevator includes: urethane foam having a collision surface with which a lifting/lowering body is to collide; and an outer peripheral member attached to the outer side of the side-part surface of the urethane foam and having an inner side surface bowed outward, wherein impact by collision of the lifting/lowering body is buffered by deformations of the urethane foam and the outer peripheral member.
ELEVATOR SYSTEM AND ELEVATOR CAR
An elevator system and an elevator car. The elevator system includes one or more elevator cars traveling in an elevator hoistway along a guide rail, a shock absorbing device and a buffering device, the shock absorbing device is installed on at least one outside surface of the elevator car, and the buffering device is installed on an inside wall and/or a bottom of the elevator hoistway and configured to contact the shock absorbing device when the elevator car travels to lowest position along the guide rail.
