ROTATION LOCK DEVICE, LEVER HOIST, AND HOISTING MACHINE
A rotation lock device comprising: a stopper support member rotating integrally with a shaft-shaped member; a stopper member supported by the stopper support member in a state of being slidable; a holding means configured to hold the stopper member; an urging means configured to urge the holding means toward a first rotation direction with respect to the stopper member; and a stopper locking means configured to stop a rotation of the shaft-shaped member by engaging with the stopper member, wherein when the shaft-shaped member accelerates the rotation toward the first rotation direction, a holding force for the stopper member by the holding means is decreased and/or released by an inertial load of the holding means to cause the stopper member to project from the predetermined position to a position where the stopper member engages with the stopper locking means to thereby stop the rotation of the shaft-shaped member.

Winch Testing Device, Forestry Equipment With a Forestry Winch, System and Method for Testing the Winch Pulling Capacity and Brake Holding Capacity of a Forestry Winch
A winch testing device for testing the winch pulling capacity and brake holding capacity of a forestry winch of forestry equipment, in particular of a mobile forestry machine or an accessory rear shield, wherein the forestry winch has a rope drum that can be driven by a drive motor and braked by means of a brake device and on which a rope is spooled. The winch test device has a hydraulic test cylinder which has a first attachment interface, with which the hydraulic test cylinder can be fastened to an attachment point of the forestry equipment, and a second attachment interface with which the hydraulic test cylinder can be connected with the rope of the forestry winch.
Dual bus and hardwire architecture for high reliability control of helicopter hoist
A control system for a component of a rescue hoist attached to an aircraft is disclosed. In various embodiments, the control system includes a first bus extending between a control module of the rescue hoist and a control input device; a second bus extending between the control module of the rescue hoist and the control input device; and a hardwire extending between the control module of the rescue hoist and the control input device.
CONTROL METHOD FOR CONTROLLING LIFTING OF A HANGING LOAD IN CASE OF EMERGENCY STOP
A method for controlling lifting of a hanging load using a lifting winch integrating a drum on which a lifting rope is wound coupled to the load, includes measuring a mass parameter and a lifting speed representative of a mass and of a displacement speed of the load and supervising an emergency stop which, once activated, shuts off the lifting winch. The method also includes, during an ascending of the load, comparing the lifting speed with a low threshold and a high threshold which vary according to the mass parameter, and monitoring lifting in an optimized mode in which the lifting speed when ascending is authorized below the high threshold and forbidden above the high threshold, and if the emergency stop is activated during an ascending and while the lifting speed is higher than the low threshold then an alarm is activated.

Cargo Strap winch rapid rewinding tool
This invention is for safely speeding up the rewinding of a strap used to secure cargo on a truck or trailer. The Tool consists of a shaft which in use extends into the inside of a conventional strap winch drum. At the end of the shaft is a cylindrical elastomeric plug which is a tight fit into the inside of the winding drum. The shaft is then connected to a rotary drive apparatus comprising a hand crank or is power driven.
Because the tool can be simply pushed into the drum and operated without the requirement of alignment of the shaft, for a mechanical connection between the shaft and winch drum, the operator's hands need not be on the tool other than on the handle which is not above the drum. This is typically quicker and safer than the prior art.
Lifting aid for attic ladder system
A lifting aid for an attic ladder includes a track system having a plurality of attachment means configured to secure about a corresponding number of attic ladder rungs. A hand winch is secured to the base of the device and is in mechanical operation with a tray which runs up and down the attic ladder to which the track system is secured.
