Remote controlled lift assembly
A remote controlled lift assembly includes a pair of supports is each mountable to a respective outrigger of scaffolding. A winch unit is positionable on the supports when the supports are mounted on the scaffolding and the winch unit has a cable extending downwardly therefrom. The cable is lowered or lifted when the winch is actuated. A receiver is coupled to the winch unit and the receiver is in electrical communication with the winch unit. A remote control is provided that is carried by a user and the remote control is in wireless electrical communication with the receiver. In this way the user can remotely lift and lower the cable for lifting and lowering cargo.

SUSPENSION WORK PLATFORM HOIST SYSTEM
A suspension work platform hoist system for raising and lowering a work platform is provided. The system incorporates at least one hoist attached to the work platform and in electrical communication with a hoist control system having a monitoring and diagnostic system to monitor and record at least one of a plurality of operating characteristics of the hoist. The hoist control system may further include a safety lock out system that requires authentication of an operator prior to the hoist control system causing movement of the hoist system.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR BUILDING FAÇADE CLEANING AND PAINTING WITH A DUAL CABLE-DRIVEN ROBOT
A robot system for maintenance of a building façade with an irregular façade surface is provided. The robot system includes a platform cooperating with a least four pairs of cables for positioning the platform at a distance from a building façade. At least one robot arm is situated on the platform, and includes an adaptor positioned at a distal end thereof for holding and manipulating a building façade maintenance tool. An actuator drives the cables to move the platform to any arbitrary position along the building façade. A controller cooperates with the actuator to instruct the actuator to drive the cables and to control movement of the robot arm, such that driving the actuator and movement of the robot arm is coordinated by the controller; any position deviations in the platform are compensated for by positioning or movement of the robot arm.
SELF-CONTAINED HOIST DEVICE, RAIL DEVICE AND HOIST SYSTEM
A self-contained hoist device, rail device and hoist system for hoisting building materials, comprising a housing; and lifting beam extending from the housing; wherein a hoist motor for driving a winch provided with a hoisting wire and a battery pack for powering the hoist motor are arranged inside the housing, and a distal end of the hoisting wire is adapted to be attached to a fixing point above the self-contained hoist device, whereby operation of the hoist motor may cause the housing and lifting beam to be raised and lowered, respectively.
HOIST SYSTEM WITH DIRECT CURRENT POWER SUPPLY
A hoist system includes a motor with a drive shaft connected to a traction sheave, traction drum, or pinion. The hoist system further includes a compartment configured to at least partially enclose a direct current power supply such that the direct current power supply is electrically connected to the motor. The motor is configured to receive an input and convert the input to movement of the drive shaft as an output, and the motor is configured to be coupled to a load such that movement of the drive shaft moves the load.
SUSPENSION WORK PLATFORM HOIST SYSTEM

The system incorporates at least one hoist attached to the work platform and in electrical communication with a hoist control system having a monitoring and diagnostic system to monitor and record at least one of a plurality of operating characteristics of the hoist. The hoist control system may further include a safety lock out system that requires authentication of an operator prior to the hoist control system causing movement of the hoist system.
Suspension work platform hoist system with communication and diagnostic system
A suspension work platform hoist system for raising and lowering a work platform is provided. The system incorporates at least one hoist attached to the work platform and in electrical communication with a hoist control system has a data transmitter to transmit data to a remote location, a data receiver to receive data from the remote location, and/or a monitoring and diagnostic system to monitor and record at least one of a plurality of operating characteristics of the hoist. The hoist control system may further include a safety lock out system that requires authentication of an operator prior to the hoist control system causing movement of the hoist system.
Hoisting platform system
A hoisting platform system configured to permit transport of loads to and between floors of a building. The system includes a roof lift having a pair of beams resting on a roof and jutting out therefrom. The roof lift includes a winch coupled to and positioned over the beams. The roof lift includes a mounting structure extending upwardly from the beams with a plurality of cables coupled to and extending from a top region of the mounting structure downwardly at an angle. The cables are fixedly coupled to the roof. The hoisting platform system includes a floor deck disposed below the roof lift. The floor deck is coupled to a floor of the building and extending outwardly therefrom.
