Examples include systems and methods for lifting and moving gondolas using a modular gondola moving system. Components of a modular gondola moving system include interchangeable skates. The interchangeable skates are further removably attached to a longitudinal member which, when connected to the longitudinal member, form a skate system. Multiple skate systems are positioned to the underside of a gondola and may additionally be connected together by connector bars for stabilization and to form the modular gondola moving system. One or more lifting devices are provided independent of and are used in combination with each skate system for positioning the gondola on each skate system. The one or more lifting devices may be repeatedly used in order to place the gondola on a single modular gondola support system.

The present application relates to a transport for transporting a trailer stand. The transport for a trailer stand may be a portable trailer stand and may comprise one or more auxiliary trailer stands. The portable trailer stand may include a pedestal having a top for engaging and supporting the underside of the nose portion of a trailer, a bottom for engaging the ground, wheel means mounted on the pedestal for moving the stand along the ground to and from a position under the nose portion of a trailer, means for adjusting the height of said pedestal, and a member for engaging and securing the auxiliary trailer stand to the portable trailer stand.

Disclosed is a lifting device, lifting system and method for lifting a vehicle. The lifting device includes a frame with a moveable carrier that is configured for carrying the vehicle; a drive which acts on the carrier and is configured for raising and/or lowering the carrier relative to the frame; a height sensing system that is configured for directly and/or indirectly measuring the height of the carrier; and a locking mechanism for mechanically locking the carrier at a desired height, including a moveable locking element capable of locking and unlocking the carrier. The locking mechanism includes a lock sensor for measuring the position of the locking element.

Disclosed is a lifting device, lifting system and method for lifting a vehicle. A tire and wheel lift assembly for facilitating the removal and installation of wheel/tire assemblies for vehicles includes a rolling frame member that is generally U-shaped, having a center support member and a pair of parallel side support members. A first roller is disposed on a first side support member, and a second roller is attached to a slidable support member so that the rollers are positioned in parallel relation at the same height. The rollers are used to support a wheel/tire assembly, and the slidable support member may slide along the center support member. An adjustment mechanism controls the slidable support member, which can either raise or lower the height of the wheel/tire assembly by sliding the slidable member toward or away from the first roller.

A vehicle immobilizer system comprised of at least one deployable, remotely actuated lift system. The lift system is transported by a movable frame which can be remotely operated. The movable frame suspends the lift system during transport. However, during the lifting operation, the lift system bears the weight of the vehicle, while the movable frame does not. As a result, the movable frame can be of lightweight construction while the lift system can be robust. The lift system supports a universal docking plate which is designed to contact the suspect vehicle and suspend it without damaging it.

A system comprising a lever-actuated lock for removable motorcycle stand handle. The motorcycle stand has a removable handle configured to attach to a primary receiver extending outwardly away from a U-shaped stand frame such that when the removable handle is secured to the primary receiver the motorcycle stand is configured to lift an end of a motorcycle off a surface. The lever release mechanism positioned on an end of the removable handle and configured for a single handed release by a user, the lever release mechanism having a locking configuration configured to secure the removable handle component to the primary receiver and having an locking configuration configured to allow for the removable of the removable handle from the primary receiver post.
