Material transport cart
A material transport cart includes a cart body, a material support body coupled to the cart body, a wheel coupled to the cart body, a motor operable to drive the wheel, and a powered lift assembly. The powered lift assembly is coupled to the cart body and to the material support body. The powered lift assembly is operable to lift the material support body relative to the cart body. A removable battery is electrically coupled to and operable to supply power to both the motor and the powered lift assembly.
LOW PROFILE COMPACT TOOL CARRIERS
Compact tool carriers having a loader mounted to a low-profile mainframe are disclosed. In some embodiments, the pivot points of the mainframe about which the loader is pivoted are low relative to the mainframe to reduce the mainframe size and to lower the center of gravity to improve the stability of the compact tool carrier during use.
Caster assembly
A spring-force adjustable, height-adjustable industrial caster assembly including a mounting plate, a swivel housing that swivels relative to the mounting plate, and a spring assembly having components that are moveable relative to the swivel housing to controllably alter spring deflection and/or caster wheel height, which components can be adjusted by accessing the height-adjustable industrial caster assembly from above, eliminating the need to raise a pallet truck or other moveable assembly to which the caster assembly is coupled, away from the floor to be able to access and adjust the industrial caster assembly.
TELEHANDLER WITH CONVERTIBLE PROPULSION
Described is a telehandler (1) equipped with at an electric propulsion motor and with several containment compartments (100) for housing means (200, 300) for powering the motor. A compartment (100) is provided with an access opening to allow a user to insert or extract a source of electricity (200, 300) included in the power supply means. A plurality of electric batteries (200) is made available, each designed to be inserted in one of the compartments (100). An electricity generator apparatus (300) is provided for insertion in one of the compartments (100). The telehandler (1) is equipped with the following alternative power supply configurations: a fully electrical configuration wherein the power supply means comprise only one or more electric batteries (200); and a hybrid configuration wherein the power supply means include the electricity generator apparatus (300).
ENGINE-TYPE INDUSTRIAL VEHICLE
An engine-type industrial vehicle includes: an engine; a power transmission configured to transmit a driving force of the engine to a driving wheel; a controller configured to adjust the driving force; a travel direction determiner configured to determine a travel direction of the engine-type industrial vehicle; and an object detector configured to detect a position of an object in the travel direction of the engine-type industrial vehicle. The power transmission is switchable between a driving force transmission state and a driving force non-transmission state. The controller causes a state of the engine-type industrial vehicle to be in a travel start prohibition state, when the object detector detects the object and a detection direction of the object matches the travel direction, in a case where a vehicle speed of the engine-type industrial vehicle is equal to or less than a stop determination threshold.
Torsion Bar Assembly for a Material Handling Vehicle
Systems and methods provide a torsion bar assembly coupled to one or more casters of a material handling vehicle (MHV). The torsion bar assembly is configured to maintain contact between a travel surface of the MHV (e.g., ground) and a drive wheel of the material handling vehicle throughout the service life of the drive wheel.
Electric forklift and method of driving the same
The present disclosure relates to an electric forklift and a method of driving the same which are capable of increasing a lifespan of a battery, and the electric forklift includes: a traveling motor which operates a wheel; a working machine motor which operates a working machine; a control unit which controls the operations of the traveling motor and the working machine motor based on an output control signal inputted from the outside; a battery which supplies electric power to the traveling motor, the working machine motor, and the control unit; and a temperature detecting unit which detects a temperature of the battery, in which the control unit controls an operation of at least one of the traveling motor and the working machine motor based on a detected temperature from the temperature detecting unit.
SINGLE DRIVE AXLE BRAKE OF ELECTRIC FORKLIFT
A single drive axle brake includes: a differential unit (300) for separating and transferring the driving power received from the motor (100) to both sides; a differential gear unit (340) for distributing and transferring the driving power transferred from the motor to the wheels disposed on both sides; and a brake unit (360) for restricting the differential gear unit (340). Differential side gears (344, 345) geared with a differential pinion gear are disposed inside a differential gear case (347) coupled with a crown wheel (341) of the differential unit, and the brake unit (360) includes a main brake (380) for restricting and stopping the differential gear case (347), and a subsidiary brake (390) for stopping the rotation of the power shaft (349).
INDUSTRIAL VEHICLE
A forklift truck includes a main controller, a driving motor, a drive controller, and an object detector. The drive controller controls the driving motor. The object detector detects the position of an object being present in the backward direction of the forklift truck. The main controller derives an expected trajectory of the forklift truck. The main controller imposes a speed limit on the forklift truck by setting a vehicle speed upper limit when the object detected by the object detector is located within the expected trajectory and the forklift truck is traveling in the direction of approaching the object. The main controller gives commands to the drive controller to prevent the vehicle speed of the forklift truck from exceeding the vehicle speed upper limit.
CARRIER
A carrier vehicle includes a front frame and a rear frame conveniently attachable to and detachable from the front frame. The front frame includes a frame body, at least one battery structure installed along an inner front side wall of the frame body and a connecting rod wheel component at a transverse bottom of the frame body. The rear frame comprises an operating handle, a handle joint base, a hydraulic component having an oil cylinder, a bearing component and a driving assembly. A bottom end of the operating handle is rotatably connected to the handle joint base, which includes a joint fixing base and a microswitch. The bearing component includes a bearing bridge having bridge lugs detachably connected to ends thereof, and a middle part sleeved on the oil cylinder. The front frame and rear frame are transportable in a separated compact configuration, with later simple and fast assembly.
