Fork lift device
To realize a fork lift device capable of contributing to space-saving for an aisle width at a warehouse. A fork lift device according to an embodiment of the present includes: a first fork and a second fork moveable in a lateral direction and a vertical direction with respect to a traveling direction; and an interchanging mechanism configured to interchange vertical positions of the first fork and the second fork.
SIDE SHIFT CONTROL DEVICE FOR FORKLIFT TRUCK
A side shift control device for a forklift truck, which is configured to cause a side shift unit to move a pair of forks holding a pallet in a right-left direction so that the pallet comes in contact with an object when the pallet is placed beside the object, includes: a side shift control unit configured to control the side shift unit so that the pair of forks begin to move toward the object after the pair of forks are inserted into a pair of fork holes formed in the pallet; a detecting unit configured to detect a movement of the pallet with the forks inserted in the fork holes; and a determining unit configured to determine, based on the movement of the pallet detected by the detecting unit, whether the pallet is in contact with the object.
AUTOMATIC GUIDED VEHICLE FOR HANDLING REELS AND RELATED CONTROL METHOD
An automatic guided vehicle for handling reels includes a telescopic upright integral with a vehicle frame bearing a fork carriage provided with at least one pair of forks and connected to the telescopic upright with an equipment. The equipment includes a plurality of actuators and a plurality of sensors, the equipment including a pair of actuators for tilting the fork carriage, an actuator to control the global lateral translation of the fork carriage, at least one pair of actuators for the symmetrical movement of the forks towards and away from each other. Each fork has a substantially rectangular section with a height greater than the base. Opposite facing walls of the forks are flat and can be approached in direct contact with each other, the two coupled forks having bevels along all the four edges facing outwards. Each fork can have a “V” shaped seat on the upper face.
Fork head with gripping device and lateral movement
Fork head for gripping thin objects having a main frame attached to a mobile element on a lifting vehicle; a mobile frame, with two fixed, parallel arms and a gripping arm that moves from and towards the fork arms to trap a thin object hanging between the two fork arms, said mobile frame being able to move horizontally along a transversal guide attached to the main frame; wherein the gripping arm has end portions superimposed on the two arms of the frame and has a length (L) in a transversal direction equal to or greater than a fork width (w) defined by the distance between the opposite outer edges of the two fork arms.
Adjustable load handler for mounting on lift trucks with different types of standard carriages
An adjustable load handler configured to be mounted on lift trucks with different standard type carriages. The handler comprising a frame assembly, a top hook assembly with a securing mechanism for securing the top hook assembly to the frame assembly in a plurality of positions A center manifold is coupled to the underside of the side shift actuator, with hydraulic connections directly into the side shift actuator. Hydraulic lines coupled to the center manifold and to one or more hydraulic components of the loader have sufficient slack so the top hook assembly can be moved between positions without disconnecting any of these hydraulic lines.
SIDE-SHIFT FORK CARRIAGE FOR A MATERIAL HANDLING MACHINE
A side-shift fork carriage for a material handling machine includes a frame; a first shuttle comprising a first fork attachment member for receiving a first fork; a first fork actuator operable to side-shift the first shuttle relative to the frame; a second shuttle comprising a second fork attachment member for receiving a second fork; and, a second fork actuator operable to side-shift the second shuttle relative to the frame, wherein the first and second fork actuators are operable in a first mode in which the position of the first and second shuttles are side-shifted to alter the lateral distance therebetween, and a second mode in which the first and second shuttles are shifted unidirectionally with the lateral distance therebetween remaining constant.
Fork-carriage apparatus for a lift truck and valve assembly therefor
A fork-carriage apparatus for a lift truck and configured for pulling a load, including: (a) a mounting frame assembly; (b) a side shifter frame assembly slidably mounted to the mounting frame assembly; (c) a pivot frame assembly pivotably mounted to the side shifter frame assembly for translating therewith; (d) a fork assembly mounted to the pivot frame assembly for pivoting therewith; and (e) at least one load-pulling connector mounted to the pivot frame assembly and configured to connect the load to the fork-carriage apparatus for pulling the load.
Side-shift limiter
A side shift limiting attachment for a material handing vehicle alerts the vehicles operator and restricts side shifting, lifting, tilting and/or rotation of the attachment when the side shift displacement is approaching or has reached a limit for a lift height.
AUTOMATIC GUIDED VEHICLE FOR THE HANDLING OF SHUTTLES AND/OR LOADING UNITS IN AUTOMATIC WAREHOUSES AND RELATED CONTROL METHOD
An automatic guided vehicle for the handling of shuttles and/or loading units in automatic warehouses. A telescopic upright integral with a vehicle frame bears a fork holder plate provided with a pair of forks and connected to the telescopic upright with an equipment. The equipment includes actuators and sensors for controlling and commanding the movements of the forks. An actuator controls the global lateral translation of the fork holder plate. A pair of actuators moves the forks closer to and away from each other. A pair of actuators rotates the fork holder plate with respect to a central axis of the equipment. The equipment also includes a pair of fork side sensors, to check the alignment of the fork holder plate to the front side of a rack and fork alignment sensors to check the alignment of the forks with respect to the lateral guides of the tunnel.
