COMPACT CAPPING SYSTEM FOR MODULAR PRESCRIPTION SYSTEMS
Methods and systems for capping prescription medication bottles are provided. In one embodiment, a capping system is provided that includes a first position at which uncapped bottles containing fulfilled prescriptions are received. The capping system also includes a second position at which uncapped bottles are capped. The second position may include a capping member that is axially aligned with a vertical centerline of uncapped bottles located at the second position. The capping system may also include an index wheel configured to support bottles within the capping system. The index wheel may be rotatable to convey uncapped bottles from the first position to the second position. The capping system may further include a cap track that provides caps to the capping member.
AUTOMATIC SAMPLING DEVICE AND METHOD
Provided are an automatic sampling device and method and, more specifically, are an automatic sampling device and method which automatically remove a lid when collecting a sample in order to analyze the state of a chemical solution (medicinal fluid) and which automatically reverse a sample collection container so that the container can be used after being washed with ultrapure water, and thus the device prevents medicinal fluid contamination caused by the sample collection container, lid, adjacent objects in contact therewith, or space during sampling, without being affected by outside conditions during the sampling, prevents safety accidents such as errors or risk caused by manual work, and is improved so as to increase the reliability of sampling.
Device and method for closing filled containers with a screw cap
A device for closing a filled container with a screw cap, for example, for closing support ring-less bottles with a screw cap, is described. The device includes a neck guide with at least one torsion protection element for accommodation of a neck section of the filled container in a torsion-protected manner during the closing with the screw cap, and a discharge element for discharging the closed container from the neck guide. The neck guide and the discharge element are displaceable relative to each other.
